Description of Work: Called to get a quote for an entire HVAC system. The person who answered the phone was rude and didn't seem to care if they got $10k worth of business or not. He actually said "We like to go home at 5 too" when we asked if they could meet us after work at 5:30pm. He could have simply stated that their business hours are until 5pm and they do not work on weekends. It was disrespectful. Instead of coming to our house to evaluate our system and give us an estimate he asked if we knew what we wanted so he could maybe give us a price over the phone. How are we supposed to know? Thats why we called them. Disappointed already, so I would be hesitant to have services with this company. Besides, I like to save my sick days for things other than AC estimates. I had high expectations after reading the positive reviews. :(
