We highly recommend Karl with Dryervent Wizard. Arrived when he said he would, was very professional and did the work to our satisfaction. So much lint was built up in the tube that it was truly a fire hazard. The dryer hose is vented through the roof and Karl had to reconnect it and did a great job with the entire process. So glad we had Karl do the work. Gives us piece of mind knowing it was done right and no longer a fire hazard.

It was a terrific appointment. First off, owner, Karl Reebenacker was very very professional. From his vehicle - with logo and proper signage to his "uniform" I can't say enough of how professional this fellow was. He inspected my dryer exhaust lines, checked the dryer, the tubing connections. Then up on the 2nd story roof where he used these rotary brushes to clean and clear the lines. Finally, he found and removed an extra vent grate that was potentially blocking lint from exiting the system. He spent a long time inspecting everything. I was quite impressed.

The service was great. Karl was prompt and very professional. He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly assess the unit and get to work. I had some concerns about the dryer itself and he was able to address those easily going well beyond just a cleaning service call. Highly recommended and I use him again.

They arrived on time, were very friendly and helpful. They were very efficient in their cleaning and gave me a sense of security that the chances of a dryer vent fire are now low. They also inspected my external vent cover which was pointed out in my home inspection as deficient and recommended a roofer to take a look at it and replace it if needed. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again

Karl showed up as scheduled. He was wonderful! The dryer vent was cleaned from top to bottom and what a HUGE difference it has made in drying time! I've had others do this, but honestly no one did this as thoroughly as Karl did. I'm SO SO happy with the entire process! I will absolutely recommend him!!

We noticed our dryer taking extra time to dry our clothes. So we decided to give Dryer Vent Wizard a try. We are glad we did. He was very professional and took the time to explain the issue with the dryer assist fan. We removed it when it was determined to be unneeded and not working. He was able to patch in an extension for the vent in a short time and a reasonable cost. Overall, excellent service!

It went very well! My dryer had been smoking and so I called the dryer service company. The repair man found evidence of smoldering lint and after throughly cleaning the inside of my dryer implored me to have the vent line to the roof cleaned out. Karl was pleasant and efficient. He arrived when promised and worked until he was satisfied that the problem had been solved.

Communication from the beginning was excellent. I was sent email confirmations for the appointment and as a series of reminders. The appointment was executed in a timely manner (within a week of being made). I choose Karl and Dryer Vent Wizard for this job from his Angie's List rating and reviews as well as the professional appearance in all his ads. When he arrived on time, Karl and his equipment were of professional grade. He took care not to damage my new dryer and took the time to put the laundry room back to normal after completion of the task at hand. Afterward, he carefully explained what he had found, the seriousness of his findings and what he had done to make sure our dryer vent system was up to speed. The day of this appointment there had been a bad thunderstorm just prior to Karl's arrival. Our dryer vent systems exterior lint vent is located on our roof. I was sure that we would be rescheduling since at the time I made the appointment, it was noted that we have a two story house with the vent located on the lower roof. But the skies had somewhat cleared and Karl quickly (and safely) did what needed to be done from the roof. Just as he left, the skies opened up again!.. I was extremely satisfied with Dryer Vent Wizard of the Woodlands. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent work, provider did a complete visual inspection on the dryer vent duct.. Measured air flow, checked roof vent. Very knowledgeable and courteous person. I'm very happy with service.

Karl arrived on time and was very professional. First , he took his time inspecting the efficiency of our dryer using a measuring device, then he removed the transition vent (the vent connecting the dryer to the wall) and cleaned the line. He determined our transition vent was too long and recommended we shorten it, to which we agreed. Then he went outside and found our vent cover was cracked which could let small critters in. Fortunately he had a replacement cover. Karl was thorough and professional. I would use him again. The price may seem a little high, but it's cheaper than having a fire start in your house due to a clogged dryer vent!
