All three projects were performed in very professional manner and all completed by the technicians in one (1) day each. The quality of the work done was completed above my expectations and came out looking great. After each job was finished, the technicians cleaned up everything around the house that was worked on. This is something that is not done usually by contractors, by my account, here in the Houston area. Mr. Eric Fowler with Distinguished Designs operates his company with a high level of customer service. I will continue to use his services in the future.

We weren’t sure what look we wanted or how to make things look right. We had some existing baseboard in two rooms that we liked and Eric suggested we go with the same baseboard throughout the house. It turned out beautiful and the detailing and craftsmanship was superior to us. We wish we had contacted them from the beginning of our renovations. We know who to call in the future. Their ideas were great! Eric and all his employees were very polite and professional!

Professional contractor, I hired the Distinguished Designs company after the previous contractor failed to do the job due to the big challenge and risk in the job. I did two interview with Eric "Distinguished Designs company manager" before I decided to give him the job, in the two interviews Eric was listening to all what I explain about the job and he asked very good technical questions and discussed with me the process plan in very professional and respect manner, the job was installing a very fine woodwork in my church, the challenge in the job was the installation of the wood is in 35 feet height with no external structural support, which means that all the wood pieces has to tie with each other in very good way and peering for detailed. Eric was leading his very trained team step by step through the installation process; passing through many challenge and problem solving with very professional and good thinking way. He designed and built two scaffolds in the front and back of the iconstasus each has 33 feet height, 14 feet wide, and 10 feet depth. His team working continually for 9 days to complete the job, the team has variety of experiences where the job was needed. Due to the project difficulty, the project time was extended for three extra days, but Eric does not change the contract price commitment, the church board appreciate the work was done by Eric's company and was willing to partially share with the extra days. I am strongly recommend the company for any challenge and talent job.

An excellent job! We used this perfectionist company when our home was flooded during Harvey! An amazing job then! And since then there is no way we can work with anybody else...

Hire these guys. I called Eric out to my house with an idea for a room that was pretty well-formed in my head but I needed someone with the technical skills and know how to execute. Eric and his team could not have been a better fit. They understood exactly what I was going for and had a plan drawn up almost immediately. In a matter of weeks, they transformed an empty space into a room with floor-to-ceiling custom shelves, each with LED lighting, custom cabinets with a countertop, a stone wall and a wall-mounted TV, and a ceiling light fixture, along with custom-made barn doors. It was an intricate job and everything was executed flawlessly. The entire team was meticulous and cares about their work. Every shelf is perfectly level, every piece of wood sanded and painted to absolute perfection. The entire space is completely transformed and I don't think anyone out there could have done it half as good as Eric's team. On top of all of this, the whole team was punctual, clean, and very friendly. They were excellent about communicating timeline and price, and made my whole family feel very comfortable. The entire job was sequenced perfectly, with no idle time. I could not be happier and am going to use Eric and team for all of my future home projects.

Everything I've had Eric's team do is perfect, and this job was no exception. We wanted to re-finish our fireplace, put up a floating mantle, and paint some accent walls. Eric immediately understood what we wanted, gave us a timeline, and had the project done ahead of schedule. His carpenter and painter are some of the best in the business. Everything is flawless and it's completely transformed our room. Eric is great at communicating price, scope, and timeline, and his entire team is courteous and extremely diligent. They kept our house very clean even though the renovation took place in the central room. Hire these guys.

Thank you Distinguished Designs! The first visit Mr. Fowler arrived on time and asked if he needed to remove his shoes before entering. Unnecessary as the floors were already covered in paper; however, it was appreciated. We walked through the house and discussed the necessary installations and repairs. The initial quote was to install/paint baseboards, remove an outdated florescent fixture in the kitchen and patch the ceiling, patch drywall and install can lighting in several rooms. Throughout the project the crews arrived when expected, made good suggestions, performed respective duties impeccably, and cleaned up before leaving each day. As with most repairs there were unexpected surprises and a bit of scope creep. The unexpected surprises were handled professionally. We discussed the issues before proceeding and the estimates given were very close to actual coast. After I saw the brush-mark free finish on the baseboards I asked for my crown moulding to be painted as well.

Actually it went well. The remodel took 8 weeks & Eric has a very good crew. All the different workers knew what needed to be done. The kitchen cabinets are gorgeous, the quartz counters & backsplash are beautiful & the tile floor is light gray & perfect. I sent my friend a picture & she said it was fancy.

We gave Eric and his team quite a challenge for 2 months straight. Our 40 + year old home threw him every curve ball it had, from full house pipe replacement to beam restoration to rebuilding 6 rooms from the brick & studs in. We could not be happier with the new spaces. His carpenter Miguel is an amazing craftsman, building all our paint grade cabinets to custom dimensions and our selected finishes on site. Every inch is plumb and perfect, no corners were cut. And on top of all that, they were the only team that didn't shy away from the challenge and had the best prices by far. Hire them.

Eric designed and built custom shelves over a planter by my fireplace. Eric did an incredible job and I will use him again for future work.
