Distinguished Designs

This is my 2nd time using Distinguished Designs. Their work is absolutely the best. The cabinets they built are exactly what I wanted and beautiful. The generator install was done efficiently and my yard restored when they were done. They never leave anything a mess in your house are outside when working and make sure to be respectful of your home. He has redone a bathroom and covered a patio in my previous home. He would always be who I call when I need something done.

Great job as always. This is the 3rd job they have done for me. They make sure to protect your home and furniture and keep the work site clean. Excellent work n

I would recommend Eric to my friends and family for general contractor work. He is very thorough and professional and has a very good team that works hard. We will continue to use Eric for our future general contractor work.

Back in 2017 we started the cycle of home renovation on our 1992-built home. Eric did our kitchen, our living room, our powder room renovations. The quality and cost were excellent. We're continuing the work in 2023, he just replaced a dangerous and rickety attic access ladder which was going to injure someone eventually. I don't even bid out work anymore, because there is delay and risk in bidding work out to unknown people.

While this was not the first time Mr. Fowler's crew has worked in my home, it was the first time to work with them on what I consider a large project - thinking back the only thing not done in the master bath was to move walls. They were responsive & patient to my many questions and paid attention to details. As with previous projects, there was transparency with expenses above and beyond the initial quote by explaining the issue before proceeding. (Not unexpected in a forty year-old house) Very pleased with the results!

Excellent service by Eric of Distinguished Designs He did an amazing job finding and repairing the leak in my kitchen. Very efficient and great skill set! Also wonderfully neat and tidy. So thankful he came the day after Christmas on very short notice. I couldn’t be happier with his work!

We used him to build a custom closet and remodel a bathroom. His crew cleaned up their mess every single day and Eric made sure every detail was executed and done well. He even had his crew redo a couple of minor things that I didn’t think it needed to be redone, but he wanted everything done just right. I would definitely use him again.

The renovation went so smoothly. The work was excellent, all the subs were meticulous and easy to work with. Eric is an amazing contractor with an excellent eye for detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. This is Our third project with him and so pleased every time .

Eric and his team work excellent work on updating my kitchen. Always responsive, and professional, I would definitely recommend them to someone else and call them again if I need work done in the future.

Eric was in constant contact with us providing updates as to how the work was going. If I had questions or concerns, he would respond promptly, and with details. He will also inspect the work to make sure it is done right. When another issue or renovation project comes up, I will definitely call him again.

This is the 3rd time we’ve used DD, and it’s gone well each time. We’ve had a bathroom redo, a garage apartment redo, and now this smaller project to replace some concrete and fix iron fencing and driveway gate/opener. Eric’s crews do a good job and he stands behind his work.

Excellent execution with work done to the perfection. I am in the business of real estate and have dealt with many contractors. Eric and his team are by far the best. They look out for you and your safety while making sure that all loose ends are tied up. Clean, organize, and outstanding communication.

Communication was easy, and I had the work scheduled for the following day. The workers showed up about 20 minutes later than I expected, but they did the work fast and efficiently. Very satisfied.

Excellent Great attention to detail They even cleaned up!

Distinguished Designs did great work. We had what we thought was going to be a very tricky replacement done on some cedar ceiling, and they handled it with ease and it looks fantastic. Eric and team are very responsive, explain everything they are doing well, and are prompt and courteous. We plan to have other work done by Distinguished Designs.

It went as planned and scheduled. Gerardo was very customer service professional, respectful of me and my home, on time each day, cleaned up everything each day and completed the Ceramic tile job on time. Excellent work!!!

Eric was great to work with. The project got finished on time and we are very happy with the result. All of his subs were extremely professional and talented. We will Def use them again for our next project.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job adding onto our home. He took a large attic and turned it into a beautiful 2nd game room. Eric’s eye for the design and layout turned out better than I had imagined. His work is top notch, he expects quality and you get quality.
