Description of Work: While the responsiveness was exceptional the salesman showed up 30 minutes later than scheduled but was professional when he did. He was very nice and answered my questions. The problem was strictly with price. My hot water heater needed replaced and they quoted $1000 for the job. Looking on the internet 40 gallon water heaters run between 300 and 400 dollars, so 600 dollars for labor that would last no more than one hour seemed rather excessive.
