I worked with Jerry and he was always very proffesional on it and did a great job.

Fine, Jerry and Buddy came out the next day and replaced the leaking electronic control on the front of the water heater in the garage using the new $200 part sent out by Whirlpool (which was nice of them to send it since the 5-year warranty on the heater had expired a couple of months before the leak started). The guys got the old part off (which was really stuck) and had the new one on in about 45 minutes. It's been running just fine ever since.

They did a fine job. The workers were very pleasant and professional. They were very informative and explained everything to us. I would use them again.

They never showed up. He said he didn't have an address, yet I had called spoke to him personally and texted him the address and gate code.

They were good. This was a big deal purchase. I think I spent another $250 above the price of the big deal.

It went well. Jerry and his worker arrived on time and replaced my broken unit. He also adjusted the drain in our bathroom sink at no charge and gave us an estimate to replace the drain apparatus in two upstairs bathrooms to be done at a later date.

Price was good. They responded fast. I've used them three times. I've recommended them. They were prompt, efficient and professional.

They have been excellent, excellent service. they don’t keep me waiting, when I call them, they call back, and they come in and do their work. They have a very good disposition in carrying on. They give excellent advice, especially with drain services, and how to keep the flow flowing.

Everything went really well, some modifications were needed to make everything fit due to installation of counters. Jerry (Owner) was able to correct those issues from other service providers and it all looks and works great.

It was ok. I think they did what they were suppose to do. They cleaned up when they left so there was no residue or anything.

I didn't have to pay anything above and beyond $88. It's not as if they fixed anything. They came out to discuss what needed to be done. They helped with a couple of small things, but nothingmajor.

He was very professional and helpful. We had a small leak under a sink in master bath and he showed us a simple fix tightening uo drain pipe. He also tighted some faucet handles that were loose. Very nice.

I got quotes from three Angie's List providers. A+ Castle was by far the lowest, and the most helpful. The technician saw that we had no running hot water and offered to cap off the leaking unit of our two-heater setup so we could get hot water again until a new unit was installed--no charge--while his colleague was writing up a quote. They arrived two days later with a replacement heater, removed our old unit from the attic and installed the new unit in a few hours. The three-man crew was professional and friendly.

Jerry and his Assistant came out and addressed the problem. Jerry took the time to explain the reason for the malfunctioning and the importance of getting the faucets repaired. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism. I have used A+ Castle Plumbing before and continue to be very pleased with the great service and turnaround time that they provide.
