Description of Work: These guys were great, fair and honest! They replaced an outdoor spigot, a water heater valve, and replaced washing machine hoses. We are going to have two more valves replaced by this company. They took the time to discuss the issues, he took me into the attic and showed me all the problems. My pressure release valve wouldn't operate, the other valves were also gummed up and wouldn't work and the spigot leak outside was working its way toward the interior walls. They caught it before damage was done and replaced the plastic cover with a stainless steel to prevent weathering. It was a good opportunity for me to learn and educate myself so I can identify a potential problem BEFORE it becomes a problem. I really appreciated Micah taking the time to explain and show me what we were talking about.

Description of Work: I called them to inspect the plumbing in my townhouse and to drain the hot water heater. It was a good price, especially for tank draining. They found a few minor issues which were fixed and gave me good advice for any future items Imight want to take care of. The only complaint I have is that they did not sufficiently check the jacuzzi bathtub. A few weeks after the inspection I used my jacuzzi which is situated on the third floor. Because I h ave not used the tub in several years, evidently there is a leak in the pipes because water dripped down into my kitchen. \ They should have asked about how long ago or how frequently the jacuzzi was used, as it is common knowledge that this type of tub will leak if not used for long periods. The tub was checked, but it should have been allowed to run long enough for the water to leak. Apart from this mishap , I was pleased with the guys who came. They were friendly and honest. also, I liked their practical advice about several issues.

Description of Work: Remove, Replace and Reseal toilet that was leaking around floor seal flange and dripping from second floor bathroom into first floor bedroom. They were later than their estimated arrival time but it was because they had numerous jobs to accomplish on that day and they notified me by telephone that they would be later than expected, which I appreciated.

Description of Work: Micah came out first to give an estimate. Prompt and informative. On the day of the job they were there at scheduled time. Furnished & installed new 50 gallon water heater. Replaced emergency shut off too. The gentelmen were courteous and professional. I will call them if I need any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Had overflow of sewer lines. No one returned our call until 10:12 am. Supposedly they opened at 8 am. We called at 6 am. My husband fixed it.

Description of Work: Our upstairs bath tub faucet was leaking. Since the repair there is now a leak between the floors and it is coming from the upstairs bathroom. Our ceiling downstairs which is directly below the bathroom has a wet spot We are contacting our extended warranty company to see if we can find out where this leak is coming from. We are not using the upstairs bathroom until we find out how serious this lead is.

Description of Work: After looking for a plumber on your "list" I phoned this one. I'm in West University and they're in Spring. However I thought they may make service calls regardless of where the customer was in the Greater Houston area. The owner explained that their service area was no further than North Houston. I asked for a recommendation. I was referred to PAYLESS PLUMBING. It's now about 4:30 p.m. I phone PAYLESS. The receptionist was interested in listening to me. My issue was a garbage disposal that was leaking. I had first phoned Village Plumbing. It's very near my residence and expensive so I decided to look in Angie's . About 5 p.m. a plumber from PAYLESS phoned me and said he could come over. He said the problem could cost anywhere from $149. to fix and up. But I needed it fixed.I had to run a short errand in the neighborhood and my son was at our house. As I was returning home and pulling into our driveway the plumber from PAYLESS was getting out of his truck and walking towards me. He explained that when Village Plumbing has installed the garbage disposal a bit over a year ago they didn't tighten it too well and it's use over a year or so shook the ______loose. He told me he tightened it. When I asked how much I owed him he said "nothing". Nothing. Not even for a service call. Keep their number handy if you ever need a plumbing company.

Description of Work: I called A+ Castle Plumbing for an estimate to replace 2 hot water heaters. They responded promptly and came the next week for the estimate. When I called back to schedule the work, they again responded very promptly and completed the work the next day. They were very polite, clean and efficient and I was very satisfied. My only issue was that they arrived to complete the work several hours after they had originally said they would be there. However, there was a big wreck on the highway that delayed them and they had trouble with the City of Bellaire getting the work permit. However, they did call several times during the delay and update me on their status. It was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I would call this company again for plumbing repairs and they gave me a great price on the hot water heaters replacement.

Description of Work: Replaced broken hose bibs, installed a new water shutoff valve and confirmed that we did not have a more serious leak.

Description of Work: I made an appt. on Thursday Oct. 20th for the following Monday October 24th. They assured me they would be there between 8:30 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. Did not hear from them at all. I finally called them at 10:00 A.M. and was told they forgot to put me down in the appt. book. I called another company who charged me $600.00. That would have been $600.00 for these guys if they were more efficient. I am sure that is peanuts to them. I do not recommend them.

Description of Work: I had a sink that would not drain. Nothing I tried worked, not even running 10' of snake in the drain. So, I had to call a plumber. A+ came out promptly, solved the problem & recommended a product to help prevent a recurrence of the problem. My wife tells me that they were clean, professional, & did not talk down to her. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Thought water pipe had broken outside plus also had toilet that was running constantly. Asked him to take a look at both and after walking around and inspecting several things concluded that the running toilet was causing the problems with flooding in the yard. Fixed the toilet and that seemed to solve the problem. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable.

Description of Work: Called this company 4 times over Father's Day weekend starting on Sat 18th asking for a verbal response-nothing,and their voice mail box full, and the cell phone number no response as well. Sent them 2 E-mails regarding my water leak, and no response either Take them off Angie's list-a non-responsive company that doesn't diserve to be on your list Robert Hughes Spring, Tx.

Description of Work: Excellent! The plumbers came out on time and were very professional. They did a great job installing our new faucet and the price was very reasonable. would highly recommend!
