Description of Work: A-1Castle Plumbing were quick to respond, reasonable and professional. They had to try a few different snakes to fix my backed-up kitchen, but didn't give up until it was fixed. I have used plumbers in the past that only used a 30 foot snake, and the problem came back the next day. A-1used several different lengths, then stayed and ran water through the sink for quite some time to make sure it was clear. I will definitely use them again. As my husband said, they are our go-to plumbers from now on.

Description of Work: These guys were great. Bathroom sink was clogged past the p-trap. Called in the morning, left VM. Called back within the hour. Gave ballpark of cost. Came out next day, on time and cost was in lower end of range given. They confirmed the cost was acceptable after the assessment & before doing the work.

Description of Work: Several jobs were performed, including re-setting two toilets, installing a shower fixture, replacing a valve, and repairing a kitchen sink spray attachment. All work was done efficiently, correctly and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Came to provide estimate for connecting new kitchen sink and changing out fixtures in three bathrooms. The price for the kitchen sink was quoted as $449 for a standard basic kitchen install, which they said would be about 1-1/2 hours worth of work. My husband thought that was awfully high and decided to do it himself. The technician onsite quoted $289 per fixture for the bathrooms, which we considered and then informed us of an althernative do it yourself solution that didn't require professional plumbers to accomplish what we were looking to do. We procured the products just as he had informed and they were installed by husband in a few hours. While we didn't use their services, our entire experience with this team was professional and helpful.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the company and the guys that came out. I would def. recommend and use again. They ixed two toilet seals, replaced one toilet's tank parts, replaced a hose bib, unclogged a faucet.

Description of Work: One of their local competitors gave us an estimate to replace some squirrel-chewed pex pipe, to the tune of about $900. A+ Castle Plumbing came in and did the same work, quickly, for about $290. I'd definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We needed to have an entire drainage pipe redone from our toilet to backyard. We were completely unprepared for the cost of this repair, but they helped us to put in a temporary fix until we could afford the permanent repair. It was a very positive experience - great service and communication. I have no idea of a price to compare it to, and we did have to call back a few times to get someone to come out. However, we would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: They didn't do an inspection, because I needed a new water heater. They said they couldn't give any type of refund, because Angie's List controls that, but that I could use the cost toward the purchase of a new water heater. Had I not needed a new water heater I suspect they would have done a full inspection.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a plumbing inspection and water heater flush. For some reason (I don’t exactly remember why now), the plumber who came said he couldn’t do the water heater special. We were in the midst of a remodel to our townhome and I had him apply the amount paid for the water heater special to replacement of some sink connections. I found the price charged to be expensive for what was done. I believe they are competent, but expensive.
