Description of Work: They provided the services for the inspection of the entire plumbing (kitchen & bathroom sinks, tubs) and flushed my water heater. Learned that this should be done annually. They also cleared a bathroom sink that was backing up clean water from my AC due to condensation and likely algae growth. Learned that pouring about 1/2 bottle of bleach will keep it clear - same with pouring this down the pipe near your A/C furnace (mine is in the attic). They also educated me about my washing machine hoses (should have stainless steel braided hoses and not rubber). Reinforced to prevent blistering of the rubber and a possible flooding situation if a hose bursts.

Description of Work: Installing under the sink filtration system, fixing a faulty safety valve on the water heater and flushing the tank. All went smooth and well but installing the filtration system was a lot easier than expected and took no time at all but the price was fixed before the work was started and there was no price reduction.

Description of Work: I bought the "Big Deal" that included a hot water heater flush however when they came out they said since it was never flushed that it could create more problems than I might want right now. So then they found a gas leak behind my gas stove and would not negotiate with me on price even after I told them they got $88 for nothing - still charged additional $70 to fix the gas leak. So for $88 I only got the inspection period.

Description of Work: Installed a garbage disposal with a new push-button, a dishwasher, a sink and a new faucet. They are professional and did a good job with the caulking around the sink.

Description of Work: Installed a tankless water heater. They were willing to work with me on price as my budget was lower than they quoted. Master plumber was sick on day they scheduled and didn't show, but helpers arrived on time, were polite, and installed in a timely manner. Unit works excellently. Cleaned up area after installation, and removed the old tank. However, they left a ragged hole in my ceiling where the vent was installed which helpers told me I would need to repair myself.

Description of Work: Jerry came to fix my toilet leakage issue. He was very professional. Came at the allotted time. He was able to figure out the issue within 1-2 minutes of looking at the leak. He also gave me suggestion on a better toilet option when mine needs to be replaced. He's very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely request for him again if I'm having any plumbing issues in the future.

Description of Work: Per Angie's List deal, A+ Castle Plumbing came out and inspected plumbing. Pursuant to the findings, they made repairs that included replacing approximately 5 feet of pipe outside, removed toilet to replace seal and re-installed toilet. I also purchased a water heater from them and they installed. These folks were professional, polite, on time, efficient and from what I can tell, have performed services well. I would call definately use them again!

Description of Work: Unstopped a surface drain for outside runoff. Gave good advice about going ahead and doing a permanent fix as they said the roots which had caused the problem would be back and fast.

Description of Work: Estimate for water damage in tub area prior to restoration. Determined problem to be a gasket that would be repaired on tub insert restoration later on. Charged nothing for the estimate but excellent communication from Gerald and Caleb and Brian who came to the house were professional and would highly regard them again for future plumbing needs

The scheduler called and told me the time his plumber would show up with a 1/2 advanced notice and that is exactly what happened. Description of Work: Installed faucet, disposal, drains. Went very well. They noticed my countertop installers had a cut a line and advised on a good course of action and also explained the situation to the counter installers.
