He was polite and put booties on his shoes when he arrived. He was on time and had the whole thing fixed in no time!

I was called back this morning and was offered service approx. 1 hour later. UNBELIEVEABLE! I know not to expect this on such short notice, but was pleasantly surprised when it happened. Jerry and his assistant came in and loked at the problem. I then showed them several other issues I was having. They had 4 other jobs to do, but took the time to speak with me and fixed the toilet in question as well as replacing another leaky toilet. They also looked at my kitchen and bath sinks and will be returning to replace them as well. They done within 2 hours and left no mess. They were both pleasant and knowledgable. As a business owner myself, I would definitely recommend this gentleman bacause he knows customer service!

He didn't look around and was entirely focused on explaining to me what was involved in the other items that I asked him about. I will be calling him back.

One of the faucets was leaking and two plumbers stated they could not fix it. When he looked at the European faucet, he said he would come back and fix it. He fixed the faucet and saved me a good deal of money since I did not have to replace them. They are courteous, arrive on time, and do very good work. Their pricing reasonable.

They were held up on another job and called to let me know when they would be at my home. They quoted me an extimated price and then found major complications. I had them go on and fix the toilet's problems which amounted to an extra $50.00. The same stoppage occurred 2 days later and they came out and fixed it with no extra charge. They were professional, told me what the problem was and 2 ways to fix it. I was given instructions on how to keep the problem from occurring again and also the way to permantly fix the problem permanently. As I am unemployed, their suggestions on a temporary fix were extremely helpful and when I have a job, I can fix the problem toilet permantly.

We had 2 leaking one faucets. One in the bathroom and one outside. They answered our call the first time we phoned & arranged a time to call the next morning. They called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They covered their shoes before inspecting the problems. They identified the problems with the bulk of the cost being the replacement parts. They left to buy the parts and returned promptly to make the repairs. They gave us the 10% Angie's List discount without us having to ask to use coupon.

He tore down the wet, molded sheetrock in back of the cabinet and said the leak was further down and would have to remove some bricks from outside (backside) of my sink. He hoped he could remove the bricks carefully enough to where I could re-use them to cement them back in. He and his worker were very exact and careful and did, indeed, remove the bricks without breaking them. He showed me exactly where the leak was, what had to be replaced, how much it would cost (altho' he had estimated it before removing the bricks if it was what he thought (which it was) and I authorized him to do the work. He replaced the piece of piping that had worn, made sure there were no other leaks (by running the kitchen sink) and because there was now a hole between the outside of my house and the inside, he duck-taped 2 big plastic bags to seal the opening as best he could until the inside was dry and could be sheet rocked and I could get a bricklayer to reseal the bricks. He also advised me to put fans under my sink, use a mixture of 10% bleach to 90% water to spray and treat the mold and to wait at least 3 days to have it sheet rocked so it could dry. I had a 10% off coupon from Angie's list and he applied that to my total. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Had water pressure problem (kept dropping throughout house). A different plumber quoted $1500 to dig up the line, so I dig up it myself and that was NOT the problem. That's when I decided to try a plumber from Angie's List. Can't remember but think they had honors. Either way, they were highly recommended, were close and had a coupon. After leaving a message, they called back late the next day and we setup an appointment. They dropped by on time, did an accurate analysis (via water pressure meters) and determined it was an added loop to the water softener that was somehow impeded. They dug around two hour and bypassed the line (~1 hour) (since I wasn't using the softener) and viola - great water pressure again!!! They accepted the coupon (I had mentioned that I had one) and I thanked them and they left.

On Wednesday at 4:00pm, I was having my foundation leveled and the forman told me that I needed to get a plumber because they noticed a leak under my slab. I went to Angie's List for Plumbers and found A+Castle Plumbing in my area. At 4:20 I called Owner "Jerry" and had an appointment set for next morning at 8:30am - 9:30am. They arrived exactly on time and review from under the slab and took pictures to show me exactly what was going on. Amazing, just by the pictures he showed me I knew I needed professional Help !! He took an inventory of what he needed to repair my plumbing problem and he described exactly what needed to be done and gave me an exact quote and a estimated time of completion. It took 3 hours with 2 men and did an OUTSTANDING Job. I will use him again over the next few weeks to do a Water Leak Test that will take 2 to 3 hours. The reason for the water test was because I just had my house leveled and pipes under the slab could break. This is what happended to me 10 years ago when I had one side of my house leveled and pipes under the master bath came apart and water leaked for months and I had to replace my wooded floors. I Do Recommend A+Castel Plumbing and I will use again. Great Job and Trust.

I bought a garbage disposal system from them similar to my earlier one. They came in and finished the work in a couple of hours. Their price was good, and I was very impressed when I talked with them on the phone. They are friendly and responsive.

Jerry's professionalism was a breath of fresh air. He explained in full detail what the job would require as far as parts, time needed and a quote. He replaced the valve and had to make an adjustment to the opening in the wood paneling. Since the opening was larger, the original parts did not cover the opening. He had to go find a part that would cover the opening. He returned with the part and finished the job. He relit the water heater and furnace, offered to vacuum up the bits of paneling that fell onto the carpet, and presented his invoice. He truly is a perfectionist and very committed to customer satisfaction.

I called them and told them my problem. They gave me an estimate over the phone and an idea of when they would come to my house. Within an hour and a half, they called to say there were on their way. They came in with the tools they needed and got to work. They replaced the old parts with the new parts I had. They checked out the operation of the shower to verify there were no leaks. I was able to use a $20 off coupon, wrote them a check and they were on their way. We would definitely use this company again.

Found a bad cartridge. Replaced it, tested it and cleaned up after themselves.

It went more smoothly than I expected. From a timing perspective, he was available with a day or two notice (and was waiting on the walls to be complete). He was very responsive and helpful. We had a lot of questions and unplanned modifications to our design. Additionally after the new fixtures were installed I didn't like that the shower would not get really hot (apparently the manufacturer's use scald controls now), so Jerry came back out without charging us to adjust the scald guard.

This is someone who you do not mind having in your house. He really seems to know what he is doing and does it efficiently.
