Micah returned my call immediately and said he would send a plumber that afternoon. He was actually the one who came (lucky for me). He diagnosed the problem and quoted me the price and I gave him permission to repair the pipes from the water meter to both my home and my neighbor's townhome. He made the repairs that afternoon/evening and water was restored to our homes!!!! I would use A+ Castle Plumbing again without hesitation. Given the circumstances I was afraid the cost was going to be out of sight and was very relieved that it was so reasonable!! I recommend the company highly based on my experience with Micah. (Thanks again, Angie's List, for giving me means of finding yet another TOP-NOTCH, honest contractor!!!)

I found this company on Angie's list & contacted them by email on a Sunday night. They contacted me the next day & were able to get to my house within 24 hours. They arrived at the agreed to appointment time and they corrected the problem the first time.

I called A+ Castle Plumbing about a leaky faucet in my bathtub. I called them early Monday and they said they'd be out between 1pm - 3pm, and they would call me when they were 30 minutes away. I received a call at 1:55 pm. Micah arrived at 2:15. After entering the house, he put booties over his shoes, and I showed him to the problem faucet. He diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost. He went to Home Depot, picked up the part, and back in a flash. Job done! He asked me if there were any other plumbing issues, at which point I discussed one with him. He was more than happy to check it out, even climbed in my attic, and offer his suggestion. I was very pleased with the price and his professionalism. I will most certainly use them again.

The owner and a tech did the work. They were prompt and professional and were able to schedule me quickly. I felt they were very thorough and I was pleased with the work perfomed.

Scheduling was fast and prompt and they immediately added the Angie's list discount. They are great at explaining what is wrong, how it will be fixed and why the charges are what is quoted. their work is fast and efficient and their work areas are left clean and tidy. We had the tile replaced in our bathroom and the tile that was removed was much thicker. That left the toilet mounting too high to mount the toilet fixture. I called for an estimate and they arrived, quoted a price and did the work.

Micah came out and the first thing he did was put those booties on over his work boots, that in itself spoke volumes to me about the kind of company this was. I showed him the problem (the toilet not attached to the floor) and he assured me that he should be able to fix it without breaking up the floor in order to rework the entire thing and causing a ruckus. He worked quietly and was very quick. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. He asked me if I was having any other issues and I told him that there was a dripping noise upstairs where the washing machine is, he looked at it and told me that it was probably just the A/C draining, and then he actually offered to go up into the attic and double check for me. I was blown away by the southern manners and soft spoken nature of this man and I will GLADLY do business with this company again!!

the estimate was very accurate, a small additional charge due to a concealed added item $125 and with Angie's List discount $25. high quality replacement piping, cleanup of everything. did not know what to expect and everything explained.

Jerry Critchfield, owner, and Micah Johnson arrived as promised around 8:30am. Removing, replacing and testing all faucets took appx 3 hours. Both men were extremely polite, professional, helpful and full of hints for better running drains. Jerry said it was recommended to flush out water heaters once a year. I said calling a plumber for that would be expensive so he showed me how I could do it myself if I chose to. Great guys and great company,

Service representative was on time, called 30 minutes before he was to arrive (as told to me at the time I made the appointment), was very professional and very neat. He showed me what the problem was (shoddy work done previously) and then took the time to look at the other gas connections in the home to make sure they were secured properly. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience. Jerry and Richard were prompt (they had to reschedule my time slot but called me to let me know and then worked to accomodate my schedule); they were courteous, friendly and professional. The work I needed done was assessed then explained to me in detail and the price quoted. Jerry took the time to explain my options with the faucet installation that I didn't even know I had... and he wasn't the least bit upset when I changed my mind. The work was performed in a timely manner; the work area was tidied up and all trash removed - I believe the sink base and kitchen floor were cleaner when they left than when they started! One of the things I appreciate most is the placement of the plumbing under the sink. Jerry took the time to install everything so that I have the most space possible for storage. It's the attention to details like this that places this company on the "A+" list.

Jerry and an assistant came out on Saturday morning after a call late on Friday afternoon to repair the water heater which after 9 years had a leak in the bottom of the tank. Actually installed two water heaters as the original installation had been done in series. Jerry did an excellent job in installing the water heaters. Interestingly, the assistant punched a hole in the sealing after misstepping in the installation. This could have been a reason to be very unhappy but these things happen and is one of the reasons I did not do the installation myself. Jerry was very professional in addressing this quickly w/ one of the guys that he has on call. David, came out the next day to repair the problem. His finish is good enough that you would not know what had happened. Overall, well handled given the opportunity to have made this a very bad experience.

He gave me my options for replacement of the water heater as it was sediment build up causing the water heater to be less efficient. After getting my options and his recommendation I went with a conventional water heater. The entire job was done in a very professional manner. He arrived at the appointed time with his apprentice. The apprentice even had solid experience. Both worked well as a team and provided honest estimates for the pipe replacement and repair. Costs were reasonable for the work and extent of the repairs on the pipework. I even received a 10% discount for being a veteran. I was very impressed and will use them again in the future.

He got the old faucet removed, installed the new one, and checked my drain while he was under the sink. I had a clog in the making and he took care of that and was finished and on his way within an hour. He left the area clean and took all trash with him.

They came when they said they would, they discussed everything on the list of repairs that we wanted done and they told us exactly how much it would cost. As far as we know their work was subperb. They were wonderful. They were clean and tidy and the person in charge informed his helper of what to do and what not to do. He was very professional speaking with us and in dealing with his coworker.

Very prompt returning my call. Arrived when expected. Pushed to clog out the drain. They were very professional, very pleasant, very competent and very efficient. I will definitely use them again. It is a comfort to know I now have a plumbing company I can rely on.

They are a great group of guys. They are very punctual and prompt. They listen to our concerns. When they came out, they did a great job. We have nothing but good things to say about them. We are planning to use them again. We have been using them for a year now. We think they were a little expensive, but sometimes, you need to pay a little more to get good people. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently had intestinal surgery, so couldn't lift the toilet myself. Glad they did it, as they did a much better job than I would have done anyway. Since I was so satisfied with this work, I asked if they would do the gas leak job. In both cases, they called approx. 30 mins before arrival, showed up as promised, were extremely pleasant to work with, did very professional work, cleaned up in an exemplary fashion and were reasonably priced. They honored the 10% Angie's List discount. I would recommend them highly.

I called on a Tuesday night and they were able to come Wednesday afternoon. They were prompt, fixed the leak quickly and efficiently, repaired the area where they had to dig and made sure the water worked properly before they left. I called A+ Castle Plumbing the morning after my Kitchen Faucet came apart. I spoke with Jerry and told him what had happened and that I needed a plumber and that I was without a kitchen faucet. He was extremely courteous and directed me to a plumbing supply and armed me with information on what to look for in a faucet and what not to look for. I I bought a new faucet that morning and he and his coworker came out the same day to install it because Jerry did not want me to be without a kitchen faucet. I got a beautiful new faucet that I would not have been able to find without his help and I could not be happier. Best experience with a plumbing service I have ever had.
