A+ Castle Plumbing

I spoke to the plumber on Monday and he said he would come Tuesday between 2 and 6pm to install a new faucet. He never came and he never called.

My daughter and her bridesmaid were in town getting ready to go look at wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses when they could not turn off the water in the shower. I called A+ and even though they were on their way to another job, they said they would come by my house and turn off the water the water and we could fix it later. He did.... he was there within a couple of minutes and turned it off. He didn't charge me anything at the time since he would be coming back to fix the shower stems. With in a few hours of his leaving the house, the other bathroom double sinks started showing evidence of a clogged drain. So, when I scheduled a return visit he came to replace the shower stems and clear the drain. They were professional, thorough and cleaned up the area after they finished the work. I could not have asked for better service. About a week later the downstairs toilet started to leak. I had them come back and fix the leak and re-install the toilet and another toilet that had been installed incorrectly by a family member. This was another great experience. I have now had them to my home three times and after each visit I am grateful I found them.

They were absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were very professional and very fast. They were very fair priced.

I liked everything about them. They were courteous and respectful with my property. They were also friendly. They dressed nicely; they weren't slobs. I would recommend them. They might have been a bit pricey. I got a couple of bids, and they weren't the highest. They responded immediately and were on time.

These guys (Micah & Jerry) are highly capable, honest, and pleasant guys. Best plumbers I have ever worked with and we have lived all over the USA. They are our new plumbers.

He came out and told me that my problem was easy to fix and he did a pretty good job. They are pretty honest and the price was fine.

I appreciate the fact that they were very professional. They were cognizant of what the codes were, and they said that everything was up to code, and they told me how our water heaters were hooked up into one big unit. They were very knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Went very well. Had to buy a new kitchen faucet but was able to use parts from old faucet to repair faucet in utiity room. Was impressed that plumber made that suggestion when he could have easily told me that I needed two new faucets.

My initial phone call was pleasant and cooperative; we agreed on Thursday afternoon 6/24 between 1 and 5. At 12:30 on 6/23 I received a call from the plumber saying they'd be at my house in 1/2 hour. 2 guys arrived, and upon arrival, we talked thru the work. They put on shoe covers immediately to protect the flooring from their work boots. They gave some advice, then calculated an estimate for the work.When giving me the estimate the described what they would be doing. One went to get some parts they didn't have while the other started in the bathroom. They asked a couple questions such as where I wanted the undercounter filters mounted. The work was done neatly and professionally, the area cleaned up, and all leftover material removed. Overall, this was a no fuss, no muss event that went exactly as I'd like.

Called to request service but was told that this may be user serviciable and although could come by, may be easier/quicker for him to walk us thru it over the phone. Walked us thru it. This kind of courtesy service is rare. I will be calling him if I am unable to resolve and for future problems.

I was not at home at the time service was provided. My husband was there. He was favorably impressed by professionalism and expeditious way the service was performed. The two plumbers wasted no time and did a fine job as far as he was concerned. He thought the price was about right.

Very pleased with service. Jerry and Micah were professional, wore booties, and did the repairs quickly and efficiently. We felt the price was extremely reasonable. They even made some suggestions about faucet replacements in the future and hints on calcium remediation. They also checked the T/P Valves on the water heaters. They came out same day and were prompt (they gave us a phone call when they were 30 minutes away) We will certainly contact them again.

It turned out really good. They came by for estimates, they showed up on time. They went over all the details and told me what they were going to do. They were on time.

Both went very, very well. The plumber was very knowledgable, told what he was going to do before he did it (and let me decide how to do part of it - hole in wall or remove mirror and hole in wall). He gave estimates for the further work - with different options. He showed up on time both times, called before he came and did the work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself and told me further things to be done. He even put on little booties over his shoes so as not to track on the floors! Really nice guy and very knowledgable and quick. I will call them again for my plumbing needs!

A+ Castle's Team and communication was great. Called to verify time, and was extremely prompt. You did not have to wait all day for them. After they fixed my leaking toilet, and left,. I remembered another problem with my toilet, because I had it shut off for 2 weeks, till I had time off for work. They confirmed and came back within the hour, with professional courtesy with no comment that they had to come back. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. I felt the job was done right and quality service. Thanks

The original problem was low water pressure in a hot water line and problem with the gas line to the water heater. Micah called to confirm the appointment and he arrived exactly on time. He fixed the clogged pipe, and then corrected a problem he found with the drain at the same time. He not only fixed the water heater gas line, he was also able to fix the same problem with the gas line to the furnace - saving me another service call to the HVAC people! He was very polite and professional, and the work done quickly. I asked and the Anglie's List discount was applied with no need of a printed coupon.

They were very thorough. I would use them again. They provided a 10 percent discount.

The toilet was quickly fixed. The leak under the sink was from an old, faulty disposal. They had a QUALITY disposal on the truck, installed it at a fair price, and the entire job took around 2 hours or less. No waiting to pick up parts. No return visit. Everything taken care of Johny-on-the-spot. Just perfect. Did not require an entire day off work.

Mikah is extremely professional, courteous and punctual. He offered great advice on all our plumbing needs. A+ will definitely handle all my plumbing needs for future services.

Micah and Jason were very nice and professional. Communication was great. They were very busy, but stayed in contact to let me know where they were. They showed up at the appointed time even though it was at the end of the day. They diligently searched for the outside pipe access opening, but were unable to locate (probably covered up by landscaping). They then had to remove toilet and clear from inside, but were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean. They were also very clean, removing and replacing shoe covers EVERY time they had to enter or exit the house.

Jerry , Micah , and their crew were very professional. From the first time they entered our home , the booties came on and they consistently made sure that that was the case or they had plastic or paper coverage on our floors. They minimised the sheetrock damage and always made recommendations to improve the piping layout to improve our water pressure as well as the time it took to get hot water to all locations. They also insured that their work was well coordinated with the company working to remodel our bathrooms.

Our toilet started leaking a few days before, probably due to a crack in the toilet tank. I was concerned it would make its way to our wood floors as the leak was already bleeding under the tile flooring we had in the bathroom. I am a hack handyman (meaning I don't really know what I am doing but at least try my hand at doing things myself), and toilets aren't that tough to put in, but the leak was a problem. Besides, I have a long list of undone projects and I felt sure there would be a homicide in our house if I added this to the list (i.e. my wife would kill me). My wife did the research on the plumbers using Angie's List as her one and only resource. She made several calls and liked A+ Castle the best because they had a very good rating on Angie's List, were very good at trying to understand the problem, explained what work would probably need to be done, and recommended a good replacement toilet brand/model. They were also the cheapest once the 10% off Angie's List coupon was applied. We were able to get an appointment within two days (the two days being a weekend). Micah arrived on 3/14 and everything went great. He was very courteous, wore the booties noted by the other posters, and seemed to do a very good job on the installation, including testing it a few times after the installation. He was good at explaining any issues he saw and seemed interested in saving us money where he could. The charges were exactly as they stated on the phone. He also offered some free advice on a water heater I had installed myself which I appreciated. Overall, a very good experience. The only reason for the "B" rating under price was they seemed to be very close to their competitors price for this service. All else was A rated service.

They came in the middle of the night to repair the busted pipe. I was very impressed with their available and willingness to come so quickly.

I emailed A+Castle Plumbing and time I sent the email my phone rang and received a appointment within 2 or 3 hours. The weather was getting really bad and said that they could do it today because they did not know if they would be open the next day. I had called two other plumbers before I ran accross Angie's list. The first thing that Mcah done was introduce his self to me and ask me how I was doing. Then he put on disposable covers on his shoes to come in my home. I was very impressed right up front. Very polite and very nice young man. I will always use this company and recommend them to family,friends and my company. They had quoted me over the phone what they thought it would be and said that they had fausts that they could sell me and recommended to me on which faust were the best. Well I did not have time to look on the website at there fausts so I picked one up at Lowe's. Since it was a fancy one they should have charge me more because it was not a standard faust. He would not charge me more because the other guy had quoted me already. I tried to pay him more but would not except it.
