They were very responsive - fit me into their schedule the next day. They showed up right on time and changed out my water heater - located in the attic - quite quickly. In addition to the water heater they fixed a dripping faucet. I also had a couple of other plumbing items to be looked at which they fixed quickly and without charge. They showed me how to flush the water heater which should be done annually. Great guys and an easy install. Used their coupon on Angie's List for $100 off.. I'd definitely use them again.

Everything went great and will definitely use them again. The two technicians were professional and did a great job on the gas line. Also installed our new gas oven which was a task in itself since they had to take it the long way through the house because the kitchen door was to small and got it up and running. The price, I feel was very reasonable. About 2 years ago I had a plumber just unclog an outside sewer line and was charged $240. A+ Castle Plumbing did much more..and more difficult for $300. I don't hesitate in recommending them.

The guys who showed up were on time, which is very important to me. They did what they were supposed to do and when I explain to them what I really wanted was for that teach me how to do the hot water heater myself today took the time to explain everything to me and show me exactly what I needed to do.

The service was to do a full house plumbing review and to bleed my water heater. They did not bleed the water heater because they were concerned about breaking the connection on the water heater. They walked around the to the various sinks and bathrooms but did very little actual looking and/or estimate of repair. The ONLY reason why the toilet was repaired was because I requested it to be fixed. I was not impressed with the service. The technicians were nice enough but the service left much to be desired. I spent $59.00 for the Angies deal and $129.99 for my repair.

I called A + Castle and indicated that I had my water heater for almost 10 years and wanted to know if they recommended that I get it flushed for the first time. The Plumber gave really educated me on options and what I needed to look at. I was very impressed with the knowledge and information he shared. As a result, I made a decision not to move forward with flushing since having waited so late, it may create another problem. I will monitor things closely for the next three years. Whenever I purchase a new water heater, I will have it flushed once per year and I will definitely use A+ Castle. The service that I received was excellent. I had also used them before for changing out several toilet valves and they did an excellent job.

William searched for the parts to repair our fixtures, grat to work with, very professional, will defiantly use them again.

He did great. Saw the job through to completion overcoming several obstacles. Stayed as late as needed to accomplish the task. No hidden oe added costs when the scope of the work exceeded the original estimate. Very professional and polite.

The Servicemen were on time and very professional. I used the service once to replace one Flush Fill Valve and was so impressed that I decided to have them replace three additional Float Balls with updated Flush Fill Valves. In addition to doing a great job, they were also very neat. They wore covers over their shoes before entering my home and did a great job of cleaning behind them which was much appreciated.

The toilet in my Master Bath continued to run after flushing and rust was starting to form in the tank. replaced the flapper assuming this would fix part of the problem. This did not solve the problem, so I called A + Castle Plumbing and they replaced the float ball with lever with a Fill Valve which is more updated. The Technicians were very professional and immediately took care of the problem. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to use A + Castle Plumbing and was very pleased with their work. I definitely plan to use them in the future.

They did a excellent re-piping a gas line from outside. They came in and threaded in a replacement wire.

Great -- Very responsive from the initial phone call. Set the appointment for the following day (at my request). Two technicians arrived exactly on-time and corrected the problem within a few minutes. Asked the techs about removing an outdated gas pool heater and they clearly explained how they would approach the task and how long it would take to complete. Very professional and recommend them for anyone needing any work with gas appliances indoors or outdoors.

Plumber arrived on time, and went straight to work. The hot water heater was in the upstairs attic. He had to come down the stairs with the drain hose. Not a drop was spilled anywhere.

Arrived on time Kaleb couldn't have been nicer I explained the problem he went right to it and had the drain unclogged in a few minutes.

They called ahead and arrived on time. They were very professional and easy to work with. We didn't know what the issue with our sewer actually was so we hired them to find the problem. They found what was causing the sewer backup. They explained everything and they were very thorough. We didn't actually get the issue repaired at that time, because it is a very expensive repair. We called them back a few days latter and asked if they could provide us a copy of the video from the camera they used in our sewer. It turned out that they didn't save the video, but they were willing to come back out (free of charge) and give us a video of the sewer. They again arrived on time and were very professional. All of this for no charge at all! I'm very impressed with their services and I would recommend them.

They were phenomenal. They were quick. They fixed an issue with my pilot light over the phone. They were nice. They are A+. Top of the line 40 gallon water heater.

I left a message on Sunday to see if I could have a plumber come out on Monday. I received a call at 8:30 Monday morning letting me know the plumber I requested would be out that afternoon. The plumber showed me what was wrong, left the house to find and buy the new parts, and replaced them. He also bought the brand of part I needed for the faucet I had. I have used this plumber before, and he also does a great job. I forgot to mention the Angie's List 10% coupon when he ran my card. I called the company and was told the owner would send me a check in the mail.

Excellent service and advice. Estimate for further work seemed on the high side, but I suspect the work is worth it and would be done right. Very professional and knowledgeable and honest.

Came out the day I called and did the install next day. This is the second time I've used them. Pleased with them both time.

They were professional, punctual, called 20 minutes before they were going to arrive, and even showed me how to turn off the water heater and gas if I were ever to have an issue with either one. They did not end up providing the service that I purchased because my water heater is 10 years old and they do not recommend flushing it if it has never been done before and is over 7 years old. I contacted Angie’s List and got a refund for the Big Deal I purchased with them.

We needed more details from them in order to compare apples to apples so we called 3/18 to add rebuilding a toilet and to discuss a couple of other things we needed to clarify. Gerald said he would have Jerry call us to discuss these. We did not here from him. Called the next afternoon 3/19 and Gerald said he would have Jerry call us. Again, we never heard from him. We waited until 3/23/15 and called to cancel the tentative appointment assuming they did not need our business. Gerald apologized for not communicating with us and said it was due to some problems with people being out and having a heavy schedule to deal with. We understand things come up but a 1 minute call could have assured they had the work. We were very disappointed they could not make that effort. Lost all confidence in them!

I was getting larger than normal water bills and wanted a whole house plumbing inspection. Scheduling was quick and the two plumbers showed up within the appointment time. They did a full inspection and recommend that 3 items be repaired. I would use them again.

Both of my toilets were clogged. Of course this happened on a Saturday. I couldn't call for service until Monday morning. I called at 8:05 in the morning. Got a message system on the first number. I left a message explaining my problem and left my phone number. I then called their second number and the answer system said the message box was full. I thought to myself, "this is not good, it will probably be Tuesday if I am lucky." I proceeded on to work. At about 9:15 to 9:30 A+ Castle called. The man on the phone could not have need more friendly and understanding. When I told him that I had been without toilets for two days, he put me in line for "emergency" service, telling me that someone would be out that afternoon by 3 or 4 o'clock. At about 3:30 I received a call saying that the servicemen would be at my house in about 20 minutes. Just before 4 o'clock, my doorbell rang. I directed the two VERY courteous men to my back yard, and I then joined them there. They proceeded to "do their thing". It seemed like only five or ten minutes or so, but not more than 20, one of them came into my house to inspect the toilets, test flushing them. They both flushed without a problem. They also repaired the cap on my clean out pipe, which had been damaged years ago by my lawnmower. They told me to go in and flush paper down, testing all my toilets, and all other drains. Everything seemed to be working properly. They were gone by 4:30. The charge was only $189.99. A small price to pay for the convenience of flushing toilets. I will definitely call them if I ever have a problem again, and would highly recommend them to anyone!
