Job went very well from the service call where I received a rough estimate and range of times they could arrive that day to the actual completion of the work, on time and under the estimate. Work was significantly less expensive than Roto Rooter charged for exactly the same situation a couple years ago.

A different company came and charged $300 to replace the hose that failed but could not restart one of the water heaters. Called A+Castle. Micah arrived, determined what was needed, went out to buy the required items (got the best, not the cheapest hoses), installed the hoses and got the water heater to restart. Micah worked as if the installation was in his own home. He takes pride in his work and we were extremely satisfied. Cost was considerably less than first company AND the problem was fixed. Wish we called A+ Castle first who is now our designated plumber.

The crew (Micah and Cason) came quickly and correctly assessed that a part needed replacement in the water heater. They diligently searched for the part throughout Houston and repaired the heater same day. They were always cheerful and informative.

I contacted A+ Castle on Friday, July 27. I spoke with Micah. I told him I had a slab leak and we had already had the camera work done. I was looking for an estimate on the repair. I emailed him my report. He said he would call me on Monday. No call. I called back on Monday. No answer and no return call. I called back on Tuesday, July 31. I spoke with Micah. He confirmed he received my email. He said the owner had been out of town, but he promised they would look at the report during the week and call me. I never received a call at any time. I am moving on to another plumber.Extremely disappointed!!!

I had an AC drip pan replaced and when the tech was finished working, he noticed that the pipe running from the drip pan to the main plumbing had come un-glued. He stated that using bleach to keep this pipe free from algae could also corrode the cement used to connect PVC. It sure did corrode my drip pan. He said to use vinegar for the job. I called A+Castle plumbing in the morning and spoke with the owner. He said he could have someone there in the afternoon between 2-5 PM. I received a call fron the tech at 4PM to let me know they would arrive in about 30 minutes. They got to my house before 4:30PM with their shoe covers in hand to protect my carpet. I explained what I had been told and they looked a little confused as they said they had never heard of bleach doing this to the glue. They proceeded to the attic and confirmed that the joints had no adhesive on them. They inspected the pipes and discovered both AC units were not connected. I was quoted $129.99 for the repairs and I agreed. It took them all of 10 minutes to finish. Micah Johnson, one of the techs explained what they had done and said he had repaired an additional P joint. He then charged me $10.00 less than the quote and that didn't include the discount coupon. My final charge was $107.99, over $20.00 less than quoted. That made me very happy. They were professional, courteous, timely and even gave me advise as to how to prevent this from happening again. They will be my "GoTo" plumbing company from now on. No hard sell and no BS is refreshing in this economy and I appreciate every dollar that can be saved. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!

They were outstanding! We have always found their service and response excellent, and they have practical suggestions that are useful. We changed to this company because Micah had left another company we used and moved to this one, he is a great guy! Micah is considerate, when he comes to the house he takes off his shoes and puts on booties, he is also always on time and comes in and does the job he said he would in the time he said he will do it in. He also has given helpful suggestions.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They told us what they were doing as they did it. They were neat and clean. They put things over their feet when they came in. They made sure they secured the area so they wouldn't get anything dirty or damaged. They are just really reputable. There weren't any hidden charges when they finalized the bill. It was exactly what they told us. They came right out when we needed them. The dispatch called to let us know they were on their way.

Service provider arrived on time and performed service quickly and effeciently. He originally was called to install a kitchen faucet that we had previously purchased. During the installation, he found 3 angle stops that were leaking and explained the situation in detail to my husband. The work that he did on the installation and repair of the angle stops was by far superior to another well known plumbing company we had called in the past and the price was much more reasonable also. I will definately be using A+ Castle in the future!

We have a relatively new home. I read some of the reports that were on Angie's List and I spoke to the person. He asked me questions about the toilet, I told him what type of toilet I had, he asked the place where he gets his parts. They were able to get it the next day. I did call other companies and this person was able to find me information quick.

The guys came out and were fast, professional and courteous. They fixed the leaky toilet, replaced the flapper and drain trim in the tub. Replaced the garbage disposal and fixed the vent on my water heater. They got it all done it good time. I was very pleased with the work and the guys who came to the house. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks!

They arrived on time and were respectable to us and our home. They clean up after the work was done and stuck with the estimate given although they had to do more work that wa not anticipated. My husband and I both notice in our neighborhood many homeowners call plumbers. The community to mostly made of two-story brick homes and every day someone has to call a plumber and the neighbors always come over and ask how were they and was it expensive. I will now tell them about A-castle. Especially since another plumber came and gave his estimate of 3000.00. We showed him the door.

Micah and his support were highly professional, punctual and informed us every step of the way on what they were doing. Because of the availability of a replacement part they had to come twice over the course of a few weeks. Both times Micah scheduled us as first call of the day. They were punctual, called to let us know they were on the way and put on their booties before entering the home. Why go anywhere else??

I would use this pluming company again. I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom. He determined that I will need new fixtures. He told me if I had the fixtures already he would have been able to install them that day. I told him that our pipes vibrate and make a loud noise in the attic and have worked themselves loose and water leaked in our attic. He told me that the water pressure was way too high. He told me to contact our MUD district to check our water pressure. He checked our water valve outside and it needs to be replaced. I also had a toilet that would not flush properly. He replaced the flapper and the toilet was still not flushing right so he snaked the pipes and found a cookie cutter that had been flushed and was stuck in the pipes. Overall I was very pleased with his services and he was very nice.
