Neat work and finished with a thorough clean up. Total time at my house 1 hour and the cost was exactly at estimate ($249.95 less 10% Angie coupon). . Experienced and polite. I will definitely use again.

Micah, A+'s Field Supervisor, identified where the leak originated and repaired the leak within a couple hours. The job was not as straight forward as anticipated. We had four water lines, along with numerous tree roots (caused the problem) in that area. I am very pleased with their work.

It went very well. The young man showed up right on schedule, was careful to don booties on his shoes so as to not track in any debris. He checked all of our sinks and bathtub as well as our water heater. He even showed me how I could and should inspect my water heater on a regular basis. He also showed me several lines that he recommended be replaced/upgraded to prevent water damage should one of the lines break.

I had a blockage that was causing a slow drain. Tech cleared the line and told me that tree roots were pulled out and that there may be a break and in the pipes. He was able to clear it and alerted me that it could possible happen again. Tech could not tell me for sure if there was a break or how bad it was so he offered another service to send a camera down the drain to see the damage. Since they were already on a service call the camera service was offered to me at half price. The camera revealed a small break in the line not to many roots have penetrated and he did not recommend me repairing at this time. The tech also updated their system to reflect what was discovered and informed me that if I decided to come back they will know exactly where to dig and will not have to charge me again to find the leak.

The water pressure for our hot water went from great to non-existent over night, causing us to not have hot water in our showers or at the sinks. I attempted to flush the system based on recommendations from the water company but was unsuccessful. After checking Angie's List for recommendations, A1 Castle Plumbing was well reviewed and in my neighborhood. I contacted them at 5:30PM and asked for a plumber to come out the next day. Initially they told me they would come out early afternoon the next day which was great. The next morning they contacted me to let me know I they could have a plumber at my house by 9:30 if that was more convenient, or they would keep the afternoon appointment. I was ecstatic to have them come early. They showed up on time, rapidly diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions, repaired the problem and made several recommendations of maintenance which made sense to me so I had them perform the preventive maintenance as well. The estimate delivered prior to beginning work was exactly what they charged me. The gentleman doing the work, Micah is very professional, knowledgeable and tolerant of a Do It Yourselfer asking a lot of questions. These guys are great!

Called them and they came out the same day, with NO FEE for an estimate to determine if more work was in order after cleaning out of main sewer line. It was determined that the main line to the street did need cleaning and I did not think my home had a sewer cleanout installed in my front yard so Castle did excavate the sewer pipe but in doing so found my clean out buried in my landscaping. It was due to their technicians attention to detail and knowledge that I did not need to pay 600 more dollars for a sewer clean out to be added to my line. They were friendly and wore shoe covers inside my house as well as cleaned up any mess created in the process. I would reccomend them for a fair price, their knowledge and attention to detail and their integrity. Very happy I called them!

The Technician from Castle came out to give me an estimate on a tankless water heater that I was dead-set on. To my surprise, the guy was totally honest with me and advised that i not get the tankless water heater because of hard water in the area and the high cost of maintenance and amount of time the maintenance would take. Even though it meant a loss of a sale, the honesty they showed will make them my only choice the next time I have plumbing work to be done!

I called A+ plumbing and needed them to come give me an estimate to fix a gas leak and probably go ahead and fix it. A+ plumbing was very professional on the phone and was very apologetic that they were so busy that they could not get to me for a couple weeks even for an estimate. They said they could recommend another plumbing company that they said did good work. They had the other plumbing company call me within an hour and they started on fixing the leak the same day. A couple days later A+ called me to see if I got the leak fixed and how I liked the company that they had call me. This was going far beyond the call of duty. A+ has my business if I ever need a plumber again.

We got a number of estimates for installing a tankless water heater and re-piping our house. Our house is a small bungalow so, we wanted estimates for attic installation and outside installation. We ultimately chose an outside tankless water heater. We are extremely happy with our choice. A+ Castle Plumbing's estimate was competitively priced. We chose them because we felt comfortable with Jerry, the owner's knowledge and professionalism. Our bungalow had the original galvanized pipe. They replaced the original pipe with Pex. Jerry insured that we chose an appropriate tankless water heater for the size of our house. They were efficient and professional. We would definitely use A+ Castle Plumbing again.

I read on Angie's many favorable comments on A+ Plumbing so called for an appointment. Excellent experience as on-time arrival by plumber who provided estimate of repair costs and fixed two leaking toilets in a professional manner allowing an Angie discount.

We had a toilet that quit flushing. Jerry came out and took a look, and discovered that we had a pipe broken under the slab. Jerry gave us an estimate, and after checking with a couple other companies we found his estimate to be very fair, and we were most comfortable with A+ Castle, so we scheduled the repair for the first full week in Jan. They called and confirmed prior to arriving, and showed up when they said they would. The two guys working the job were very professional and very nice. They were careful to not track any mud or dirt into the house, and cleaned up after themselves. Once they got under the slab to the problem, it ended up being a lot more complex of a repair than it originally appeared. The additional cost was much less than I expected. The job was completed in the time frame the original estimate quoted, and once they were done, you could not tell that they had to dig a huge hole under my slab to do the repairs. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, and with the communication throughout the repair.

Contractors diagnosed problem with water heater and determined that repalcement was required. New water heater was ordered and installed several days later. Very clean installation, great cleanup, very courteous, and would definitely recommend.

I think I called A+ Castle on a Friday, December 21st and was sure we would have to wait a week or more for someone to come out and look at the rusted pipes and then have to schedule the work to be done, but they fit us in on Christmas Eve, and was able to complete the work on that visit. The young man was professional and friendly (tested personally by our Jack Russell) and I would most definitely recommend this plumbing company to others.

.Jerry, the owner, had a job on Friday that required that he reschedule. He kept me posted about the Friday job and offered to come late Friday, but I suggested that we reschedule for next week. He found that agreeable and positioned me as his first call on Tuesday. He was honest, did the work promised and looked at a couple other plumbing issues I was concerned with. Will call on him again

At the time (2 yrs. ago), we purchased from them, 2 "top of the line" 50-gal water heaters. After they installed the heaters in the attic, we found that they had damaged one of the air conditioning ducts (they evidently dragged a heater over it and crushed it). We were not living in the house at the time and didn't find it for a week or so and therefore didn't bother telling them about it. We had the duct replaced when we got other work done on the a/c unit. They also changed out fixtures to 2 shower/tubs. I also got estimates for other work, but found them to be rather expensive. 2 years ago I found them to be responsive, but that is no longer the case.

We purchased an Instant Hot water heater for our kitchen sink (provides HOT water on tap separate from main house water heater). I called Castle to get a rough estimate over the phone for the install. I was happy with the quote range provided and they were able to come out the same afternoon to complete the work. The price was very competitive and quite a bit lower than other plumbers had quoted. The plumber was professional and on time. Took about an hour and a half to complete the job and he cleaned up afterwards - including putting the "stuff" back under the sink that I had taken out before he arrived. Very happy with the job and I'll definitely use this company in the future.
