A+ Castle Plumbing saved the day for us! After taking the quickest and coldest shower on one of our coldest days, I determined that our hot water heater was out! I called our Factory Service provider to set up an appointment, only to be told it would be three days before they could come out. Couldn't do without hot water for that long, so I went to Angies List and found A+Castle Plumbing. They went out of their way to find a technician to come by as quickly as possible. Within an hour or so they were here. Jerry and Shawn diagnosed the problem. They did not have the part, but offered to go to Lowe's to see if they could find it. They located it and called to let us know. They installed it and we had hot water! What a pleasure to work with a company who goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service! They were reasonable, prompt,knowledgeable, and courteous! I highly recommend A+ Castle Plumbing!

The dispatcher was amazingly communicative and the plumbers were first rate. They came out for what I thought was a leak but found that the dishwasher hose was the source of the stagnant water odor. They told me that would be covered under the trip charge and promptly fixed the problem and then made sure there were no other issues. They tested the dishwasher and verified all connections. They cleaned up everything and were also nice enough to explain to me about tankless water heaters while we settled the bill. This could not have been easier.

Kaleb and Shawn were friendly and polite and replaced the water heaters in a timely manner. The price included a discount of $100 for being an Angie's list member. Their overall price was hundreds lower than some of the estimates I got.

excellent job, very informative & honest. the 2 new toilets we added, (the same exact toilet is in our master bedroom; installed by John Moore & cost us $900)...was LESS than that for 2 TOILETS! we are very pleased with the service A+ provided & will most definitely call them again. we learned that going with a larger company like John Moore is NOT the way to go!! Replaced outdoor faucets, installed bathroom fixtures, re-routed outdoor faucet.

The install was awesome! They arrived on time (4 plumbers) and had everything installed in just an hour. They also did a good job cleaning up.

Although it took time to get the new faucet and we had a few challenges scheduling the service call, it was well worth the effort. The plumbers were professional and courteous. We are very happy with the work that was done. So much so that we ordered two new toilets and have another service call next week. We highly recommend A+ Castle Plumbing and will continue to use them on projects big and small.

He was very careful and clean, which is very important with plumbing. I had no trouble scheduling and he showed up on time. He was very polite and I would use this company again. He provided information based off his inspection.

Have my renter phone # to call and they knew problem instantly! Had to come back the next day to replace part and did not charge since still under warranty! Very pleased and will DEFINITELY call back fir service for my personal home and rental property again!!!

They were very good! They did a really good job. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were professional. The response and scheduling were quick. They did an accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting on my water heater.

They did all things well I paid for a deal with clean out hot water heater - they recommended to not clean it as it may start a leak ! They hooked up the gas and cleaned and repaired dish water connections .

Guy on the phone was fairly nice, but they just don't have the staff to keep up with their current workload. I have heard good things about them from friends.

I had a leak in the ceiling on Sunday and called this company on the weekend. The company called me immediately the next morning on Monday and originally told me that their first available appointment was on Thursday. I asked if he had anything sooner & he said they had some technicians in my area. So they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I waited about an hour & Jerry & apprentice showed up to give us an estimate for installing the new flange. They quoted us $475.00 which seems kind of high for installing a flange. They had a very quick response time & technicians put on shoe covers. Overall, it seems like a good visit. This company cares alot about customer service & I was impressed.

It was perfect. I had purchased a new Moen Sink Faucet and needed to have it installed. The crew was on time, presented me with an estimate, and then performed the work. The whole job took approximately 1 1/4 hours. They cleaned up and took the old, unusable faucet with them. I will use again.

I called A+ Castle Plumbing first thing Monday morning. At that point the technicians were all booked up. However, they like to try and help out repeat customers. I've used them twice before. They said they would see what they could do and would call me back within the hour. They called back as they stated and said technicians would be there between 2-5 pm. I was grateful. They then called me around noon and said they'd had a cancellation and could be there within an hour if that worked for me. Jerry and Shawn showed up shortly before 1 pm. They quickly assessed the situation and gave me the price. They went to work immediately with one trip to the hardware store. It took them right about 2 hours to do the work. They thoroughly answered all my questions and even showed me how Pex works. Jerry and Shawn were knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after they were done. Due to the age of my house, Jerry also gave me his advice at my request on what i should consider in terms of re-piping other galvanized pipe if/when this happens again. Overall, I'm pleased with the job they did and would use them again.

Punctual and professional. We had several faucets leaking: sink and bathtub. We also had leaking from our freezer ice maker line. They were very helpful in providing information on the faucets and water line. They replaced the tub faucet cartridge very quickly. My only disappointment was that they told us after they did the work Moen would send us a new catridge, but they have to buy them directly and charge us. Wish I had known that - I wouldn't have had to pay them for the cartridge. Oh well.
