The staff showed up after 5:30pm, which is the time I needed due to my work schedule. The master plumber and his help inspected all my areas of concern. He gave me an estimate on the replacement of the hot water heater. He was knowledgeable and professional. I spoke many times with Gerald, and each time he was so nice and ready to accommodate my schedule and my concerns. On the 28th, the staff showed up to replace my hot water tank. Kaleb and his helper were very nice, professional and very neat. They replaced my hot water tank in just a short amount of time, giving me detail instructions on my new hot water tank. They worked quickly and neatly clean up after the job. I was very impressed with their attention to details and pricing. A+ really is an A+ plumbing company. Gerald is an awesome person----- he rocks at his job ! I will most certainly use A+ for my plumbing needs. Being new to the area, I am pleased to have found such a great company.

Called them and they promptly came out and gave me pricing and explained water heater models available. Compared to a cpl of other services that didn't follow up and coordinate as well as Jerry I would totally recommend these guys.

They were prompt. Overall, it was good. It was a little pricey for what they did but I didn't have a lot of choices at that time so I just went ahead and let them do it. I didn't want to price it down anymore. As far as the service goes, they were professional and polite. They did it in a very timely manner. They had it done within an hour or less.

They came as scheduled and provided a quote, which was acceptable for the amount of work performed. The water heaters themselves cost about $550 each, and the labor to remove the old units and install the new ones in 3 separate attics was not insignificant. One attic in particular had a very narrow access opening, requiring 4 men to move the unit (2 in the attic, and 2 on the floor. This job was all preventive maintenance on my part, since all the water heaters were about twice their warranty age. There was no rush, and I told the contractor to just let us know what dates / times worked best for them. They scheduled a date about 3 or 4 days after I accepted the quote. They arrived at the scheduled time and were complete with all 3 replacements by mid-afternoon. They had to move some things around during the job, and they put everything back pretty much as it was before. Didn't leave any messes. The final price was exactly as quoted. I couldn't ask for more.

Shower would not shut off, core valve had to be replaced. It took them less than an hour and they were very professional. I will use them again if needed.

I was pleased with the service. They were upfront and honest. They worked around our work schedule. They confirmed their arrival time. They were clean and professional. The initial water heater they brought had a dent in when they removed it from the box. They came back early Saturday morning to finish the job.

Problem: Upstairs bath/shower faucet had a fast drip. Castle Plumbing: Investigated problem, identified cause and provided estimate for services prior to any work instigated. They completed the job quickly and at a reasonable price for parts and labor. They were professional and courteous. No issues and I would hire again. I was also informed that the part (Moen) is actually warranted for life and I had the option of obtaining the part from Moen first. However, the drip/leak was severe and did not wish to wait. This is good information in the event that I experience similar problems in the future and catch it early.

Jerry (is he the owner?) got right to the issues and was very professional in all aspects of the repair. I am very pleased with the work. Even though I had a 10% discount coupon (from Angie's List), I decided they had earned full price for the services performed and did not let them do the discount. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. They did have to come back a second time to finalize a couple of things. Within a couple of days I noticed a couple of follow up issues with the two toilets and they came back very promptly to resolve those. They did good service and got the job done so it was all good. I spent additional but that was because I had them do several other things while they were here. I would use them again.

They replaced a leaking water heater that was causing water to flood onto my kitchen floor; they went above and beyond what I had expected on a Christmas Eve day. I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.
