They indicated they could do my front door but when it came down to it they could not. This really added frustration that shouldn't haev been there so if you just stick to windows you will be very pleased. The installation team they sent was GREAT!

Fred came to give an estimate on patio enclosure He was thorough. Gave detailed description of what was to be done. He was kind. Don't really know quality of work or value, as it is not done . Fred said approximately 3 weeks

The sales people were great, but there was delays in scheduling installation, and one of my windows came with a broken lock that they haven’t fixed. Other than that everything else seemed ok, I might use them again, but they certainly are not cheap, but they are better than any other company I’ve dealt with so far.

I was shorted 1 complete window by salesman. He was not cooperative in trying to resolve issues and was very condescending. He acted like the mistake was my fault but he is the expert and I relied on him to get the order right which he didn't and now doesn't want to make it right without charging me for his mistake

It was actually Heritage Glass in Burleson that did my work.

These guys are great. They showed up on time and were very professional . Walked us through the installation process and answered our questions. Windows look great. We are completely satisfied .

I went from a tub to shower conversion. It was a good experience from beginning to end. However the only reason i gave 4 stars on quality of work was because the showerhead pipe was left loose. SW sent a plumber to fix the problem. But because they could not fasten the pipe behind the wall, which should have been done when the wall was down to studs, the plumber just filled around the pipe with alot of caulk. Still not as sturdy as it should be. For me, in the back of my mind, i know that pipe is not right and wonder just how long until the caulk gives, with every adjustment of the showerhead.

We start demo tomorrow but so far this business has carried through with each estimate on time and money.

THE BEST! We used this company in our last house. Moved and got windows that were supposed to be the same quality with our brand-new home. Not even close!! Wish I could afford to replace every window again. Miss you, statewide windows!
