Description of Work: I just bought a new house and the A/C wasn't working properly. I called them that morning and they were there that afternoon. I had them come out and check to see what the problem was. They were fast in realizing that my thermostat wasn't working properly and that the wiring to the thermostat wasn't properly hooked up. They did all the work in a fast and professional manner.

Description of Work: Came out to check the furnace because it wasn't turning on. Discovered it was the misplaced filter door. UG! Was very kind and did a complete check up and carbon monoxide testing as well.

Description of Work: Fan motor went out and I called Sinclair for an estimate. Their price was way out of the park. They wanted $100 just to clean the fan. $600 for the motor and labor. I found the motor locally, cleaned the fan and installed the new motor in about an hour, all for under $200.

Description of Work: Pipe for the shower head was leaking. Was worried they were going to have to cut a hole in the sheetrock in the wall behind my shower. Luckily they didn't have to. When I called this morning about 10 AM, I was told it would probably be this afternoon before they could make it. They called at 1 PM to say they were on the way. Got here about 1:30 and it only took about 45 min to one hour to do the fix. And only cost $78.16!
