They are good. They are little pricey but they do good work. Quality is good. They show up on time. They were professional.

They are excellent and just a great company. I will recommend and continue to use them.

We were given multiple options with different price points. When we decided which route to take Sinclair installed the new system in less than a week. They cleaned up the work area and were very professional.

Serviceman did some preliminary work and discovered a piece that had dropped in and kept disposal from working...so he fixed it instead of installing replacement.

We had a water leak somewhere in our system and it was difficult to locate. Several pinhole leaks in the pipe were found about 15 feet out from the house near two large pecan trees. They were drinking up that water fairly quick making it difficult to find the leaks. We have two water lines feeding the house and decided to have all the 50+ year old pipes replaced. Kudos to Ruben and Juan for doing a great job!

They did fine. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. It was fine. He came out. He found the problem, fixed it and left. They came out on the same day. Their punctuality was fine. They told me what time they'd be there and he was there. Professionalism was fine too.

The cost was probably around $8,000. We just have always used them and they have always given us an excellent service.

A/C went out on Saturday night. Called Sunday morning for weekend service. Agreed to weekend service call few of $110. Capacitor which costs $20 on Amazon or at HomeDepot cost $175 from Sinclair. Contacted service manager and was politely told that 400% markup was appropriate

Arrived, did diagnosis check, added refrigerant. The service man was fast and efficient.

They provided an estimate, but ended up spending extra time to get it installed just right. However, they did not charge extra and stuck with the original price estimate. They seemed genuinely interested in doing a top notch job. Even better, they always clean up after a job! We have used this company at least 3 times in the last 3 months, and service has been excellent every time!

Went very well. This company is very courteous and professional. They always give you a written estimate before the work is done so you don't have sticker shock.

Other than some serious issues with the Angies List submission system everything went exceptionally well from the initial contact with Sinclair to the final resolution. Sinclair made initial phone contact to confirm the day and to expect a tech to be by late AM or early PM. They called me again when I was next on the list to verify that I would be home for the tech's arrival. Upon the tech's arrival, he had obviously reviewed my detailed statement describing the problem and my troubleshooting, to date. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient about getting to work and keeping me informed as to what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my A/C unit then tested to make sure it was properly fixed [like they should]. Billing seemed perfectly reasonable for the tasks performed. Overall, I am very happy with my interactions with Sinclair and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. I hope that this tech is a proper representative of their company. If all techs work like the one that visited me there is no doubt at all as to why these folks have been in business for so long. Thanks a lot!

These folks spent a long but necessary time diagnosing a difficult electrical issue. They repaired it fast and with the highest professionalism.

I used them two different times. They were going through some changes. Their plumber, the guy that was over the plumbing department at the time was very good. Very professional. Everything was done quality work. That was the reason why I used them for my house. They came out and do some small plumbing and that work out ok. But when I had to do the air conditioner that was a total mess. The reason that I stop using them is that I made an appointment and the guy didn't show. I called the office and told the girl that he was suppose to be there and he didn't show. So she said that she would take care of it and reschedule another one. Another time they didn't show. So I called Mr. Sinclair himself and explain to him what was going and I just want you to know that I am not using you anymore and I want you to know why. I could understand the technician not showing up. But if the technician is screwed up and your office help is screwed up, then I am going to think that you entire company is screwed up. So I would not given them good ratings at all.

It took 3 days to get them out but I was told this at the time I called. The arrived and time when scheduled and finished quickly. They had to go back and buy a part but still worked quickly and I was charged by the job not the time.

They were very prompt and friendly. They were fair with their price, however they did not find the trouble. They thought it was the drain inside my house. They cleared the drain and said everything was good. My drain stopped up again. I called a different plumber and they found the trouble in the sewer line from my house to the alley. It was replaced and I have not had any trouble.

Thoroughly investigated unit and found no significant problem.

We've used Sinclair for many years. The shower fix was a small job, but when we first moved into this house, the plumbing started backing up into the tubs in the house (not fun). The house warranty folks sent out two different plumbers who couldn't find the issue. Then we called Sinclair. They will work on a problem until it is fixed. They spent several days working on the issue - five or six guys here until 7 at night for at least three days. We really appreciated getting the problem solved and the charge for that was really not much (I think $900). The only reason they get a B for price is because you can find cheaper plumbers, but I don't think you can find anyone better.

When they do the work, some of the stuff to me is a little expensive. As far as the service goes, the job, everything is great. That's why I stayed with them.
