It went great we had no idea of any contractors in the Lubbock area and the folks at Sinclair helped us find an electrician who get get right on this project (Curtis Gregory - Gregory ElectriC). the electrician was also very helpful and fairy iced. Sinclair A/C is one of the nicest groups I have worked with. Jeremy did an excellent job at a fair price. I will be using the in the future should the need arise. Five Star Service! You can buy an air conditioner anywhere, but this type of service is hard to find.

We bought a new heating and cooling unit from them. They have a program where they come out twice a year. So in the spring they will come out and service your air conditioner and they come in the fall to get your heater ready. You pay for that service but it is less than if you have to have them come out. That is one thing that we like particularly about them. So twice a year you know you are going to get your products serviced. It is a very good thing. If you have something happen in between, because you are in that service, as a preferential customer, they come out and help you with anything. We have had them out for several things and we have some rental properties that they handle. Our daughter uses them and she got a new air conditioner. We use them a lot and we have had them in all areas. We like them. They are a family owned local business. They seem to take a lot of pride in what they do. Their price is good. As a preferred customer, you get discounts. Their responsiveness is excellent. They are always here when they say they would. If they can't be here, they will call you. If they have any kind of problem, they will call and let you know. Their professionalism is excellent. They all wear uniforms which I appreciate. They usually have more than one person when they come. They get the job done efficiently.

My son broke the float in our toilet bowl. Looked up Sinclair on Angies List and called immediately. The dispatcher was super super friendly, even calling me back to let me know the repair man couldn't make it right away but would be here ASAP. Instead of waiting until the next day like so many other companies, they showed up at 5:30 or 6pm which was awesome! When the guys came, before they even came in the door they introduced themselves by name and shook my hand. I showed them the toilet, and they immediately got to work. They had my autistic 4 year old son hanging over the toilet as they worked and never minded one bit. When i tried to remove my son, the men said "oh don't worry about it! he is fine where he is and we can work around him." They talked to my son and were as nice and can be to him. They fixed the toilet and were out the door within 30 minutes. I had a coupon for 20 bucks off and the total bill was just under 65.00. AMAZING price! They charge by the job. Not one charge for showing up, then added on hour wages plus parts. Great company, super employees and would highly recommend them to anyone!

They did great and we were really happy with them. They came out on a Saturday and it was a pretty timely response. It was a really busy time for them too and so we were happy that they made it.

Service was quick and efficient. Response was very fast and only charged me half of the service charge and told me to get ahold of Atmos to get my gas uncapped.

They did a good job. The price was very reasonable. They came out on a Saturday when we had the 110 degree heat. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

It went very well. I was warned that that the price would be pretty high due to the hour of my service call. I was pleased with everything aside from the parts price. I understood that the service call would be expensive. I didn't appreciate the inflated parts price though.

This company is a family run. We have used them five times and they are wonderful. They came to help us on their lunch hour to help us get cooler air. They are really nice people. I will definitely use them in the future.

The repairs took less than 30 minutes. The disposal had locked down and kept tripping the safety breaker. The plumber showed me a little trick of the trade that i could use in the future if the same problem came up again. Pour vegetable oil in sink drain and then use disposal tool or key that comes with the unit and using small back and forth turns until unit loosens up. Then turn on disposal while running hot water at the same time. I used this method several times later until the disposal finally wore completely out. I have used this company for 25 yrs and am very satisfied with their work and customer service.

They do a good job. They are on time and they always call before they come. They have always fixed the problem. They are pretty reasonable.

On Sunday, after taking a shower, knob in the shower (on the hot water) would not turn off. I called Sinclair plumbing and explained to the service what was happening. They had the plumber on call return my call. He told me he would come out and repair it and that would cost me a emergency fee, or explain how I could turn off the hot water (which was spuing across the shower by now) at the hot water heater. He was very calm and did not laugh when I had no idea what to do. I turned off the water and they came the next day and fixed it.

They are always prompt. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They never overcharge you. They are great.
