I was given an approximate time for the day after my call. On that day, they called first as instructed, and arrived on time. Did the work quickly, were friendly and efficient.

Technician arrived within specified time estimate. He performed work carefully and not to track in dirt and debris into house. Work was efficient and professional.

I went by their office location checking to see if they had any outdoor housing for Trane unit and to see about getting a quote on two new systems for our home. Lady took my information down and told me someone would contact after the new year. Left my telephone number and never received a response.

They called ahead of time to ensure I would be available, which was great. After inspection of the problem, he quickly identified the issue. He gave me an estimate for replacing the circuit board. I requested more options, e.g. replacing the entire unit. He made a few phone calls and had the info quickly. I chose to just go with the new board. He went back to the warehouse to get it. Upon return, I found out that he had missed the estimate. The actual cost was going to be around $150 cheaper. Nice surprise. Once the board was replaced, he identified 2 more problems with the outside pump. He ended up rewiring part of it and replacing another small part at no cost. Great service. Highly recommended.

I've had Sinclair come out twice now for some plumbing issues -- they are amazing. They are professional, on time, considerate, and do a great job. They installed a faucet in a new vanity and took extra care not to damage the surroundings, etc. They've been in town for awhile and so have I -- I don't know why I didn't try them before. I have rental properties and use a lot of plumbers... these guys are keepers!

Our A/C went out the prior evening, so we called Sinclair the following morning, and they sent a tech over within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, it was the weekend and we had experienced 100+ temps, so it couldn't wait until the week day. The tech was thorough and honest; the vibration of two cooling pipes had rubbed a hole in one, causing almost all the Freon in the unit to escape. It was a costly repair - Freon is NOT cheap - but he gave us a fair quote and welded the pipes to ensure the same thing didn't happen again. He also provided some very helpful information about our A/C system, including lifespan and availability of service/parts for future reference. Although A/C repair is something NO ONE wants, Sinclair provided an excellent service. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

The Technician went above and beyond to discuss all the possible costs, and saved me a lot of money by installing a used outside unit. I am very happy with their service and will use them again in the future. I am sure they didn't make much money off me today, but they certainly gained a loyal customer.

The technician seemed to do a very thurough job, pointing out potential problems, but did not try to pressure me ito making those optional repairs. He was right on time and spent a little over an hour checking and cleaning the system. Not the cheapest in town, but still a good value.

We don't live in Lubbock, but their fee for mileage was much more reasonable than some other companies I had contacted. They were prompt in their arrival, very professional, and took care of everything I needed.

He got there fast! The plumber got the pilot re-lit and showed me some nice tips to help me get it re-lit myself in the future. I was unaware of some necessary info to get that done. So that was good. However, regarding the knob that needed to be replaced. He didn't seem to want to do that work and actually referred me to Home Depot to get the parts and do it myself. I would rather he had done it. It involves shutting off the water to the whole house. But he said he couldn't get the parts. Well, if he knows where to send me to get them, why couldn't he do it all? I'll be calling another plumber to do that work instead. Seems like a lost opportunity to me and perhaps a lost customer (depending on how the next guys does).

It took several days for them to get out to look at our problem but he was through about determining the source of the leak and how much time and effort it would take to fix it. We opted not to have him open the family room ceiling to get to the leak at the time.

Three men came to my home to install new commodes and new fixtures at the sinks and bathtub. They were prompt, clean, mannerful and experienced. It had rained thenight before and one of the guys went to the alley to put something in the dumpster. Upon his return to the house,he checked his shoes for mud and took them off before he entered my home. I thought that was very considerate of him. I would hire them again. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the cost.

The entire process was smooth from the estimate to the completion of the job. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The new system works great.
