Description of Work: Ricky Eades was the best rated plumber in Lubbock on Angies List. I contacted him using the e-mail connection on Angies List. He never got back to me. I have no use for a plumber who doesn't bother to answer me. I got another plumber and was very happy. Angies List did not work for me.

Description of Work: We have used them at work and at home with great results. Clifton is great at giving advice and estimates, as well as doing a quick, thorough job.

Description of Work: I had treated both bathroom sinks with Liquid Plumber, one did not respond after two applications. The plumbers came the same day I phoned. They carefully and quickly unclogged the sink that did not respond to Liquid Plumber. They checked the other sink and determined that no further action was required. All my questions were answered and yes I will call on them again. They were thorough and tidy. Angie's List is a great resource.

Description of Work: I had a clogged drain outside that they cleared with a "snake". I have used them several times and found them to be prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. They do good work.

Description of Work: They unplugged a pipe after I tried and said what I did attempted was what they would have done. If they couldn't undo the blockage there would be no charge. They got it undone and fairly quick. Good service and I would recommend them any time.

Description of Work: We called amd explained our plumbimg problem. He told us that our problem could be a frozen ac pipe and he was right. It didnt cost us a dime and most plumbers would have come out and charged us a service call. He will be the only plumber we call from now on!

Description of Work: mr eade was wonderful. Because we are regular customers he unplugged my toilet for free. Love doing business with this father and son team. They do so much work for free for the wildlife center in Lubbock. They have also in the past done excellent work for us as well that is reasonably priced.
