Clifton Eade was super courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He spent an hour trying to clean my extremely clogged kitchen drain, discovering that the drain line was very likely damaged by large tree roots. He worked so h****** the clog that it almost ruined his cable, but he charged me nothing. He explained in detail all my options for further diagnosing and fixing the problem. I'd love to have hired him to do the additional work, but my pier-and-beam house has so little crawlspace, he doesn't have any skinny little workers who can fit under my house!

I had attempted with the help of a friend to redo my bathroom, replacing vanity, flooring and toilet. When old vanity was removed leaks occurred, old toilet had been cemented into floor and I figured I needed a professional to install new toilet. The drain and faucet also needed replacing in bathtub. Everything was accomplished within a timely and professional manner.

Our tub was clogged and I had to look for someone to fix the problem. I joined this website and began searching the reviews. I saw that Ricky's plumbing had lots of good reports so I gave them a shot. I called at 8:30 am and spoke to a receptionist. She took my name, number, address and problem. She told me Ricky would call back to set up an appointment. Within 30 min I received a phone call. He asked for a time for them to come by and I advised them I just got off from work at 7 and he completely understood and scheduled for a time in the afternoon. Time enough to sleep. They came by and started working right away. Their and quot;snakeand quot; machine blew out as they began and he explained to me that another was on its way. Within 5 min another machine arrived and they started again. They unclogged the tub with no problem. While they were here they were super nice and very professional. They will be my to go plumbers if I ever have any other future problems.

His work is good. I have used him for a long time.

They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to not track dirt and mud through my house so I don't have any bad things to say about them. They provided a one-time, 30 day guarantee that states if what they fix does not work they will come back out and repair it again. They were on time and I will use them again in the future.

Our toilet was loose and I thought it just needed to be tightened, which we could not do ourselves. However, after removing the toilet, Mr. Eade noticed that when the house was built, the builder and quot;built upand quot; the cement the toilet was sitting on, which caused the toilet to be unstable when sat on. He gave me a couple of options I could work with, which I appreciated. We went with the cheaper option, which he felt assured would work just fine. He and his son were very professional and informative and kept me updated as they did things. They had to leave for a while to pick up the parts and then returned. The one thing I should've asked in advance was if I was paying by the hour or by the job.

We found them through Angie's List. There was a little bit of a delay in getting some information back to us. Two young gentlemen came out to provide the service. They were very professional. They went about doing their business and did a good quality job for us. They were very friendly, very professional, and easy to deal with.

He was very honest about what needed to be done (and in this case, did not need to be done). He took the time to educate me on the likely causes of my problem and how to solve them. He did this despite the fact that this resulted in no income for him!

I called the company and got a secretary. She took my name and number and Mr. Eade called me back within the hour. I explained our two toilets were not flushing properly. He asked me some questions and we set up a time for him to come by. He came by and fixed the issue by repairing some parts that are usually hard to come by from most plumbers, but he had them on the truck. A day or two after he left, the toilets starting acting up again. I called Mr. Eade and he came right back out adjusted something. It works perfectly now. He apologized profusely for the mistake and was very professional through the whole experience. This is a great company.

Mr. Eade arrived same day we called, and had the parts needed despite the fact that the faucets are fairly old. The repair was completed quickly and professionally

He was a little late in arriving but had called 15 minutes before his scheduled time to let me know that he would be late. When he arrived, he diagnosed all of our problems within 10 minutes and started working to fix them all. He replaced the flush kit in 1 toilet and the water valve/hose in another toilet. He fixed the leak below the sink and replaced the parts on the sink faucet that were leaking. He said there was no point in replacing the entire faucet because most of it was still in good condition and this manufacturer guaranteed its products for life so there would be no parts charge. He thought he had the part back at his shop, drove there and came back with it within 15 minutes and repaired the faucet. He did not charge me for the replacement parts because he would send back our old parts to the manufacturer and get back the free parts for his supply. Many plumbers would have charged for these parts and still applied to the manufacturer for free replacements so I appreciated his honesty in this regard.

Day one took about 2 hours. Day two took about 2 hours. The crew was polite and knowledgeable.

Both Ricky and his son Clifton have done several things in our house as we have been remodeling it in the past year. They provide great service, and great prices. In addition to installing the water heater. They have cut off old unused gas lines, relocated a toilet, moved washer/dryer connections and installed a sink. They have really worked with us in the remodeling of our bathroom and helped us keep the cost down through their excellent suggestions. They are fair and honest folks and great plumbers. When our hot water heater went out, we called our home warranty company and found that they provided the plumber and we could not have Ricky or Clifton do it. If we had gone through the home warranty company it would have cost $60-$80. But because of the location of the water heater and the not so great install that came with the house we choose to pay Ricky Eade Plumbing full price because we knew it would be done right. That I think says it all!

The drain at the w/d hookups (unused) in my kitchen had been leaking putrid, dark liquid for the past week. It was seeping under the walls and into the carpet in my living room. Yes...it was disgusting, and I was afraid there was a leak in one of the lines. Overwhelmed by the vast listings of plumbers in the phonebook, I hopped on to Angie's List, and selected Ricky Eade Plumbing based on an excellent review. They came out the same day, and I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous young plumber (Ricky's son). My dog even loved him! He looked at the situation, explained what he was going to do, and then quickly got to work on clearing the line from the roof. When he was done, he made sure his work solved the problem (it did!), and then explained the other measures I could take to maintain the plumbing in my 50+ year old house. I never once felt like he was pressuring me into unnecessary and costly repairs. I'm a young, woman, first-time home owner, and am always on the lookout for shady businessmen who try to take advantage of my lack of experience. This was certainly not the case with Ricky Eade Plumbing. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use them again in the future! A+!

He is very reasonable and efficient and I like that he is willing to do jobs for me, even when I'm not home. I've been using him for a long time and will continue to do so.
