+ -1 moreI moved to Lubbock two years ago and bought a "fixer-upper". I had several contractors in to do work on various things, all of which were horrible to work with. Pro-tech was the first contractor/company that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. Not only were they always on time, they worked weekends, holidays and whatever days it took to complete the job on time. The actual work they did was flawless. I literally did not have to get on them or badger them about anything. The owner (Kim) was there every day, checking with her guys and checking with us to make sure everything was going well. I don't know who gave this company the other review, but they either have the wrong company, or they are part of the local competition that has stooped to some very low levels to bad-mouth a competitor. Here's how much I appreciate the work they did for me; If anyone out there has any questions about this company, feel free to contact me. Fred Goltz 806-241-3292 In fact, I would like the person who did the poor review on these people to contact me as well. I'd like to find out just exactly what work Pro Tech Painting did for them. I would have rated Pro-Tech an "A" in everything, but felt I had to give at least one "B", just to make this review seem legit (Hey....who wouldn't want something cheaper, right?....but in all honesty, knowing what I know about Pro-Tech now...I'd have paid more), so if you have any questions, go ahead and call. Just to be clear. I don't know these people from Adam...they were recommended by neighbors to us, we aren't related, we don't do business together....nothing. Angie's list should start to VERIFY people who are going to give reviews and if people want to trash someone's professional reputation, they should put their real name and real number down and answer the bell like an honest person would...not a crazy, little coward that doesn't know what they are talking about.
Description of Work: We had the entire outside of our 1978 house painted, including trim, gutters and downspouts. Pro Tech couldn't have done a better job.

+ -1 morethats my story and Im sticking to it. Do not give out my name. Its a small town. I do have a wonderful pool couple. He builds and does repair she cleans and keeps my pool sparkly clean and bright and is so so wonderful. South West Lubbock, Texas she may have openings there.
Description of Work: they came to look and give a price in advance. they said they needed to figure all amounts and would call back. I called them after 3 weeks because they did not call. He said he'd have to look into it and would call back????????????? I'm thinking because I asked alot of questions for a breakdown to see if I'd find each item a thing I'd want to do at that time due to not knowing yet how much each item would be. Its been a year. They never called back. I wanted it broken down to do all 7 doors (sand, build up edges where needed, and paint doors and frames inside and out. the next thing I asked about was to do 4 walls. you may want to have a list for people to got prices with. if youre not very specific, you may just get paint and no sanding and no filling in those dents and nicks. They could say...thats not what was asked for. have it in writing and you check the words. anyway, they never did the job because they never called back. Maybe they thought I was too picky.????
