The company never contacted me about the quote 10 days after requesting quote. Very disappointing. Will be looking for another company to give me a quote.

They transformed my property in record time. I didn’t know how much better a professional could paint than me, a DIY guy until I hired Pro Tech! I’ll never paint myself again! I’ll call Pro Tech!

It took a few days to get everything organized, but once the plan was in place the Poehl's and their team were fantastic! The whole project took 2 days (one day for prep/one day to complete)! They were fast and courteous. We have dogs in the home and they were very thoughtful to make sure they were not impacted while they were completing the work. They followed up with us after the project was completed and sent us a thank you card! Great customer service.

I should have read Angie's list when finding a painter. Like others I cannot comment on their work because they do NOT return calls or follow up with a bid as promised.

The woman said they would get back with us on an estimate. Guess what? Nada. No call back to say they weren't interested nor to give us an estimate. One would think if a company isn't interested due to the size of they project, they would just say so. From what I have read about this particular contractor, guess not. If you don't have a big bucks project, it appears this company won't even tell you they aren't interested, much less keep a commitment.

ProTech is one of the most profesional painting and drywall companies I have ever dealt with. They were always here on time and took virtually no breaks, I couldn't believe how fast they finished. They come with a large crew and someone is always prepping the next room in front of the painters so its a constant flow. All of the workers were very pleasent and very accomidating as to not disrupt the family. I look forward to having them come out and painting my staircase, basement and pool house pending some carpentry work. If you want it done right the first time call Kim at ProTech!

On time for start, worked quickly, did excellent work, finished early, left every thing in order and clean, and came in on budget. Highly professional, very courtesies, and highly recommended.

The owners wife who came,was prompt and arrived on time. She did the walk thru, measured, etc. said that she would get right back with the estimates. She did say that they did million dollar homes, and that they ran two teams and were usually two-three weeks out in their scheduling of jobs. Said that she and her husband, owners, only set up the teams, materials, etc. Said she would get right back with the estimates. She came on a Monday morning . I expected the estimates, or some word back from her within at least ten days to two weeks. I never got any response--- by phone, email or online with Angies'. After I heard nothing I hired another painter through a friend. He has come and completed one of the jobs, in one day. Will use him for future jobs as well. I will not TRY to use, nor recommend, Pro-Tech ever again.

In the first instance of requesting an estimate for re-texturing ceilings, Dwight came to our house, looked everything over, took my husband's email address, and said he would send an estimate. He never did. We tried calling 4 or 5 times as a reminder and tried providing an alternate email address, but they never sent the estimate. We finally gave up. I thought I would give them another try when we needed some cabinets repainted. I called, spoke with the wife, and left my contact information, but never heard from anyone trying to set up an appointment. This time I only tried calling back 2 or 3 times, but quickly gave up and went with another company who cared more about my time. I thought it was very unprofessional to waste my husband's time by meeting him to get the information for the job and never bothering to send an estimate. I also thought it was unprofessional to take my information and never bother to call me about setting up an appointment. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but I can imagine that if getting information about a job can be as difficult as it was for me, actually having work done by this company would not be any easier.

There were several painters that came in so it wasn't just one or two painters. They were well organized. They moved furniture for us and cleaned up excellent. Everything was very, very good.

.Showed promptly. Provided contractor's grade paint for the job. Did minor prep work prior to painting. Not entirely happy with loose areas of wall paper which were not better prepped before painting

Returned our call and quote quickly. Paint job was completed on time and was well done. They were very professional and accommodating.

They were always on time and very clean about their work. They finished way ahead of schedule. It is a really good company to work with and I just call them if I had any issues and they would answer. I talked to a few other companies and got quotes from them; it was much higher than what Pro-Tech had quoted.

The owner, Dewayne, came out and gave me a very fair price and we agreed to start the work in 2-3 weeks to fit our schedule. His wife contacted me by email to get my paint choices and to confirm the start date. Each day of the 4 day project, their employee,Juan, came to the house about 8:15 am. He did most of the work, but on the last day, the owner helped him with the door replacement. Juan was a very good painter and was anxious to please. In fact, he checked with us by phone on the second night to be sure my husband was happy with the work, since my husband was gone before Juan arrived in the mornings. They did a great job, especially for the price. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the quality of the work! We felt confident enough to leave them alone to work on the bathroom and go to work. We will definately be using them again.

The only dings we had were the response times, and the estimate was lower than the final price due to the additional work discussed with, but not remembered by the estimator. Very happy with the results.

As stated above, it went extremely well and I definitely would recommend them.

.I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were on time every day. The work was professional quality, no suprises and affordable. The work men were respectful, tidy, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them to any one. I have already requested a bid for another project

Project went very well. They worked around my schedule. Work was amazing. I work in construction so I get to see a lot of patch work. This had to be the best I have seen. The patchwork and painting looks so well that you can not tell that there ever was work done to it. They made quick work to the door and ceiling and made the ceiling look just as well. Was very happy with the work performed. Will use them again in the future.

Everything was great. We received an detailed estimate of cost and time to completion. The job was done in the time frame and for the estimated cost. They even did a small extra job at no cost. Everyone was very professional and clean.We are super pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.Our house looks great.

They came and looked at it and gave me a quote; that was really the only interaction I had with them. They came out when they said they were going to. They were absolutely professional. I would recommend others to get a quote from them.

I spent $3000 on that work. They were affordable and their quality was good.
