Description of Work: Water heater wasn't heating properly, and first company out said it was outdated and needed to be replaced. Second opinion from Earl's -- technician was very honest, and said unit was working. It just needed some parts replaced. Price was reasonable for emergency call. Description of Work: Hired Earls to replace a shower head and faucet. The technician had trouble with the faucet and one alternative was knock out the wall to get better access to the water line. ( very expensive ). He called in another person from Earl's and together after several hours they were successful. The easy way out would have cost us a lot of money, and I'm sure some other plumbing services would have done that. These guys were great.

Description of Work: tried to clear drain from house to alley. Could not do it. Suggested that it was probably roots blocking drain, and that the problem was probably in the alley. They called the city and the city responded quickly and put new pipes in the alley. City showed me that the problem was on my property and that the pipe was 90% blocked. Everybody I talked with and who responded was friendly and professional

Description of Work: I had bad smell coming from bathroom. Wasn't sure if it was airconditioning or plumbing. They looked under house at pipes etc.. and replaced wax ring and resecured comode collar with new fittings. I haven't had a bad smell since. For starters, another company was going to run a camera down the air condtioning ducts at a cost of about 2 - 3 hundred dollars. I honestly beleive that Earl's is a good honest company with experience that will not try to run your bill up.

+ 1 moreThey are about the third plumber I saw and Earl's is about the only real plumber in this area. The actual price was lower than the estimate. I was really pleased with them. We had agreed upon a time and I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours on them. They were very good and are the only ones I will use now.
Description of Work: We used Earl's Plumbing Heating & Air because I had a sewage rupture in the line. The house is built right on the ground so they couldn't get under it to see all the lines. They ran a camera down through the line and discovered that it was broken. They thought they were going to have to run a whole new line but when they started digging they found the broken line and were able to repair it.
