Earl's and Tyler and Isaiah were phenomenal and saved our lives.

Had them check water flow to make sure we didn't have any backup issues and change out some water stops and check water heaters. Everything but the water flow was done correctly due to we have water backing up. We were billed $135 an hrs to check but was not detected or not done. This is a flip house so we have not ran any of the tubs nor toilets. So we called back to have them come back and check but we're advised we were out of the warranty time and would be happy to charge us again for something that apparently was not done or not correctly done to begin with. Now we use them alot but guess repeat customers are not encouraged to keep using them.

They do a good job. I always feel that I can depend on them and they make an effort to come and help.

Terribly. They did not fix the problem the 1st time and then tried to charge me again to come back a few days later. Don't let the cheap prices fool you, you get what you pay for. The ordeal ended up costing more than jt should because I had to hire another company to finish their bad work. You can do better than Earls!

My wife and I decided to try something different, convert our two toilets into bidets! Wow, wish I’d thought of it twenty years ago, a bigtime improvement in practical comfort and especially convenience! We knew better than to try the installations on our own (in spite of healthy encouragement to do so from the Blu Luz ad literature) I interviewed a few local plumbing/ac guys. I’d already mentioned them to my physical therapist who said, “I love Earls.” Hmm… didn’t mean much until I got the various estimates, Earl’s was way more reasonable, so they got the gig. Why I’ll hire them in the future: the reason they stand out is that the fabulous Blu Luz model 250 didn’t contain the proper high-pressure valve, which blew out the first night while we were asleep.. Ruth shaking me to go turn off the waterfall which turned out to be the hot water hose drenching the bathroom and adjacent closets for twenty minutes. I called Earl’s emergency number, and couldn’t believe got an answer, arranged for them to come out the next morning. In spite of the inherent design flaw which Blu Luz admit to (and they promptly sent us the correct part plus more) Earl’s paid for the 3-day carpet vacuum operation, then as soon as the correct part arrived came back to install it. No problems since, thanks especially to CHAD.

I called for an appointment to do this work. The person answering the call was very nice and set me up for the day following my call to do the work. The plumber called about 20 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on the way. After listening while I told them what I wanted done, the plumber asked several questions to be sure about the drain hook up, examined the pipes under the sink, then gave me an estimate. I agreed and they started immediately. He did the work, tested everything twice for leaks, then cleanup up everything thoroughly. The entire job took about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the results.

We have a home insurance, so we pay a yearly fee, and so for each service that we use, we just pay a service charge, as long as it is covered under the home warranty. They are very good, prompt, efficient, and the go the extra mile.

Everything went well. They called before they showed up. Very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

He called saying he would be a little late, as he witnessed a bad wreck right in front of him. He stayed, waiting until the Police and Ambulances arrived, helping calm the victims. He is the nicest gentlemen ! He was so kind and professional and friendly as he repaired my and quot;runningand quot; toilet. He was late, yet not due his own fault......(But the car wrecks that happened in front of him on route to my house.) He DID call to notify me of the incident AND HIS DELAY. After his arrival, he did have to leave to pick up a part. I was surprised at the short time it took him to pick up the part and return. He installed the new part to replace the old and quot;kit.and quot; The toilet has been working properly ever since. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, kindness, technical skills, and work ethics. Earls has another pleased,NEW Customer!

The person on the phone didn't inspire confidence. Was uncertain about their schedule. Didn't know when they would be able to provide an estimate much less perform the work. I got their name from a general contracting friend who didn't hesitate to recommend them so I may call them again, just not on this project.

Their pricing was very fair. I felt like they gave honest opinions. All their workers were very professional and they took great pains to make sure that they didn't get my house dirty, they kept everything clean, and it was a very professional service, overall. The price might not have been quite as competitive but it still was good.

We liked Earls Plumbing Heating And Air. They worked consistently and were courteous. They were here when they said they would be here. They looked at something, they gave us a price and they didn't charge us more. They were very nice, worked hard and diligent.

I've used them twice. Nobody in 18 years that I've lived here had ever been able to find the clean out valve so they saved me money. They saved me money all the way around. They showed up on time. They were professional, clean, did quality work and had good pricing. I assume the price for the hot water heater was good.

The two professionals worked steadily for over an hour and a half. They came when they promised and left everything clean. I mostly appreciated that they listened to my questions about things we wondered about for future improvement (we just moved in here) and knew where new parts might be found for our bathrooms when we decide to do the work. I will definitely call Earl's anytime I need plumbing help.

Earl's was very responsive about calling to schedule the repairs, and followed through with the arrangements. Serviceman was courteous and skilled. Will use again if price doesn't increasse.

First of all, I expected this company to be great because of its stellar review on Angie's list. I was greatly disappointed. My experience with this company was horrendous. I called them at 8:30 AM to set up an appointment for noon. They didn't show up until 4:30 PM. When the plumber showed up, he didn't have the right equipment to do the job. Instead of going back and getting the correct equipment, he just said and quot; Oh I guess it will have to wait until tomorrow, someone will call you and set up a timeand quot;. Nobody ever called, we had to call them. When they finally showed up the next day, they inspected the line for awhile only to say they couldn't do the job today either. They said we were going to need a sewer line replacement, and they would come by tomorrow to give an estimate. I called them again the next day at 8:30 AM to see when they would show up. They ensured me that I was first on the list. When 12:00 came around I decided to call them again. They said someone would be right out to give an estimate. When 4:00 came around I decided to call AGAIN! I found out that the plumber had come by much earlier in the day and just looked in the alleyway. He had an estimate ready for me. He didn't come to the door or contact me at all to provide this information. I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN. I finally got the estimate (which was actually reasonable) followed by a and quot; we won't be able to do it until late next weekand quot;. I expressed a need for this job to be done quickly during this entire interaction. It took them almost a week just to tell me they couldn't do the job for another week! Earls Plumbing I say to you, if you don't want the business get out of the game. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A PLUMBER I HAVE EVER HAD.

Earl's personnel worked with me to arrange first an assessment and estimate then a time to actually accomplish the work. They were very accommodating to my work/Thanksgiving holiday schedule. The pair of plumbers arrived on time and were very efficient removing the problematic old drains and replacing them with drains to a double sink with disposal and drain hose from a dishwasher. Everything was done within the original estimate. I highly recommend Earl's.
