They did a great job. I spent around $200 for the whole house. The price was very reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I set up my appointment on the internet and got a quote of appx. what the cost would be. The guys showed up on time and did a walk through of the house. It was at this time, they advised us what they thought should or didn't need to be treated. They got to work and did not stop until the job was finished even to drink a bottle of water that was given to them. I appreciated the care and pride they took with my furniture by not dumping or hitting it while cleaning. When finished, they explained some of the other service you provide andgame me info on those service if I needed something done later. The young men were very polite, professional and did an outstanding job. As for the cost, our bill was within a few dollars of what I had been quoted. Thanks Carpet Tech for a well done job and you can be sure that if or when we need any service that your company does, you will be the one we call !!

Everything went flawless from start to finish. The techs were punctual and went right to work. We had the whole house carpets cleaned and protectant added post cleaning. They cleaned four bedrooms, living room and walk-in closet carpets also. Professional, thorough, polite and efficient are words I would use to describe the work performed by Carpet Tech. The two young men who came out were very professional and polite. They took the time to explain what and how they were going to do the work. From the time they started till they finished, they never took a break. After they finished and got their equipment out, they ran a vacuum cleaner over all the floors. Wye were very impressed and highly recommend them.

I called them on Monday and set up the appointment for Tuesday. They called a little early saying they were ahead of schedule, so they arrived about 45 minutes before they were due to be here. They spent a little over an hour cleaning the couch (it was a mess). When they left, it looked beautiful. However, by the time it dried that evening, it was clear that some stains had resurfaced. I called them back this morning and within an hour of my call, they were back at my house, trying some different stain removers at no additional charge to me. At this point, I don't know if they got everything out, but I know they tried everything they had available. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their service, and plan on using them again next year.

We moved into our house about 4 months ago. I had the carpet cleaned the day after closing and the very next day our white carpet was YELLOW and the smell was AWFUL from pet urine. We called the previous owner and they claimed to have used Carpet Tech to clean their carpet for the past 3 years [I called to verify]. Obviously, the machines don't "suction" very well since these stains were never brought up in the past three years. Totally gross and I will never use this company for this reason. We had to remove all the carpet in the entire house it was SO BAD. Beware...they maybe professional, prompt, etc...but is your carpet really getting clean??

The experience was unparalled excellence. These people do remarkable work and they actually care about their customers in a manner that you just don't see anymore.

They responded to my email very quickly and came to our house for a free estimate. We requested carpet and tile floor cleaning and air duct cleaning. They did all the cleaning in one day. I think they did a great job. They removed a stain of the carpet as we requested. I wish we could have seen "before and after" of the air ducts.

Theses guys were AMAZING! They showed up on time, and twice during their services they called to address a couple of a concerns. 1) Some edges they didn't want to clean to abrasively w/ their machine for fear that the grout would come out or crack the tile, 2) their sander got away from them and scraped out freshly painted wall in master bedroom. They were so upset by it, they patched it up and offere to paint it. Luckily we had our painter coming the next day, so I told them that as long as it was patched it was fine. And it was. When I got home, it was exactly as they said. The floors came out so beautiful. Their work is impressive, the service impeccable, and the the guys were absolutely accommodating and nice. I could see why the reviews were so stellar. I'm going to have them come over the apt. we rented for a couple of months to clean the carpet and would recommend them to anyone!

Everything went well. They got the stain appearance out, but if you still get close by the area it smells a bit.

They were early and called to see if I was available to meet them early--they were VERY polite and said they can work around my schedule. They were very professional and were in and out of the house within 45 minutes. I went and ran errands while they cleaned. Some of the nicest guys I've met.

They were very prompt, gave me a choice of scents, very quick, professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they did an amazing job. As they came upon a stain that needed extra care they asked me before performing services that cost extra. I even had them work on a sofa that I was unsure if it could be cleaned. Furniture was put up on block to allow drying. Not sure if the extra protection was worth it but my carpet is very high traffic. Will definitely use again in the future.

They did an excellent job! They are the best floor refinisher in town. They have a machine that captures the dust as they do the refinishing.
