I have used Carpet Tech regularly for several years to clean carpets. I have been satisfied with office staff for scheduling, calling prior to arrival, friendliness and efficiency of crew, and work done. They put out bumpers to protect corners, will move some furniture to clean under it, place furniture on little blocks if the carpet below has been cleaned. I have not compared prices with other companies but I am satisfied with their service.

They're excellent. They did an excellent job on my floor. It's an old floor, it would have been cheaper. It's beautiful. I had covered it with carpet for many years, so I'm really happy with it. It was very very nice young man. They came and they did their job. They knew what they were doing and I was just very impressed. They were polite. They were neat. They cleaned up their mess. I was really really pleased with them. They were really good.

I had used Carpet Tech before to clean carpets. When I purchased my current home I decided to have the ducts cleaned because the house was nearly nine years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. I sent an e-mail to Carpet Tech using the quote request form on their web site and received a reply the same day. I set up an appointment two days later and Josh was right on time. He was very professional in appearance and knowledge. He explained their process and gave me a written estimate of the costs. There are coupons on their web site for many of their services. I used one for $60.00 off the job. We scheduled their first available date which was May 14th. I asked to be notified if an appointment came up sooner. I received a call the morning of May 5 stating they could do the job that afternoon. They arrive early. Jeremy and his assistant were also professional in dress and action, doing the job in about an hour and 1/2, keeping everything very clean as they progressed. They then vacuumed all at the end. The final cost was exactly what I was given in the estimate. I am very happy with the service. Jeremy told me that the EPA recommends duct cleaning every three to five years. I will certainly contact Carpet Tech in three years for another cleaning. Finally, before leaving my home, Jeremy gave me his card with his mobile number stating, and quot;if you have any problems or questions, call me any timeand quot;. That's customer service!

They were on time and did an excellent job. Very thorough answering my wife's questions and they used what appeared to be some high tech and new cleaning equipment.

The Carpet Tech staff was very professional, easy to contact for an appointment, and were here at the designated time. Two technicians came in and worked for approximately one and half hours. Our fabric couch with matching love seat is three years old and only the tops of the cushions were grimy, no set in spots or stains. We had been quoted an estimate of around $180 so was surprised when we were handed a bill for $225.06. I had printed a coupon from Angie’s List and upon handing it to them was told that coupon was already included in the current price, no other explanation. I really did not see that big of a difference in the couches as they really were not that dirty to begin with. This company is nice to deal with but I would hesitate to use them in the future due to the price factor for the service performed.

I have used them before for carpet cleaning and wool rug cleaning. I have always been very satisfied.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Pet stains and order was removed in the houses and carpets in the school were very well done. Will hire them to clean carpets each year.

Me and my wife had just bought a duplex and the carpets on one side were horrible. Had urine stains, dirty, and smelled! We thought we were definitely going to have to replace it. But before we did I wanted to just check and see if it were even possible to save. They came out right on time and even called when they were on their way. He looked at the carpet and didn't even flinch. Even got down and smelled the urine stains to make sure that's what they were. Took about 45minutes and had me go look at them. Everything was gone and it looked like new! Even the smell was completely gone. I still was a little leary so I checked in with the new tenant a couple of days later and the smell never came back! Super nice over the phone and super nice guys who came out to clean.

I had a large living room floor that is hardwood and it desperately needed to be refinished. They came out to give me an estimate and they were out later to do the work. It took most of the day but we couldn't have been more pleased with the work. Caleb and Sage were so easy to work with and I would most definitely refer others to them! Another plus for me was the fact that they used a totally dust contained system. I really loved that no clean-up was necessary on our part afterwards. Great experience overall!!

Used these guys when I lived by college thru today. I personally use these guys for my office and my home. Office we use them about once a month and at home we use them every few months downstairs near the entry. Carpets look like new and I haven't had them leave any marks on my carpets after cleaning even once. I will continue to use them.

Great experience. Since I was having the cleaning done on Saturday they couldn't give an exact appointment time, only an estimated time. They arrived a little later than estimated but called to let us know they were running a little behind. They were quick, efficient and friendly. They left booties for us to wear until the carpet was dry and left a bottle of spot treatment. Very happy and will definitely call them back out next spring.

The day of the estimate, they had to people to come out. This was great because our house is large. Their estimate was less than another cleaning service in our area. Their estimate was done before I told them about me calling to get someone else's estimate. I needed the house professionally cleaned, they recommended someone. Who was great, plus the cleaning service gave me a 20%coupon on the cleaning. That sure helped. After having the house cleaned, Carpet Tech came out on two different days. The first day they cleaned the air ducts and as large as the house is it was work. On the second day, they were there waiting on me. That impressed me. When we started discussing the price, he told me they had found one other heating unit in the attic, but the air duct crew did not charge me for that unit which was $75. The cart had the smell of old not being clean for a few years and dog urine. The house one smells and looks great. A plus, I had some boxes FedEx had delivered and could not lift. They were nice enough to lift and carry them in for me. They were fair, courteous and very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I have used him more than once. He is always on time and very kind. He gets to work and within minutes you see a major change in your carpet. When he is finished you will be amazed! I have used other services and he is by far my top choice. I was ready to rip my carpet out because all the stains others couldn't get out, but he had my carpet looking brand new in less than an hour. I highly recommend this man!
