Very friendly young lady set up appt on the phone. Brent and Stephan arrived promptly, and were very frindly,helpful and professional through the whole service period. I had many small pet stains from my dog entering house through dog door, and move her dog food aroung the house. also a few other general stains in a couple of other places....they listened to my concerns, and what i needed done, and went to work. They removed all stains, even helped an old set in stain i thot was there forever. they then cleaned all other areas, added scotch guarding and raked the carpet. My carpet looked great, and has stayed looking good. Had a previous cleaning done by another major name brand company, and by about 1 1/2 weeks, the old stains were showing back up. I will DEFINITELY use Carpet Tech again! Very reasonable prices also!

Steven arrived right on time and went immediately to work. He even moved some furniture and kept me informed of what he was doing. He also told me about a graphite stain hidden under a chair that he couldn't remove. I wouldn't have know the stain was there. The carpets dried quickly within a few hours and look marvelous clean, fluffy and smelled clean. I will regularly call them. The whole process was pleasant, efficient and professional.

Carpet Tech said that cleaning the ducts for the mildew might not work and in the end it did not. I appreciate their honesty that it might not work. They showed up on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently.

They are just absolutely the best one in town. I used them for my office as well. They have been here a long. They are just excellent. I had some stuff on my carpet that I literally did not think would come out. The soles of my bed those horrible dug in grey spots. They got every bit of that out. There was grease on my new carpet and they got every bit of it out as well. It is like a new carpet again. They cleaned everything tip-top. I was okay with their price. If I call them out to clean my living room, they do it for $49. They are very reasonable. They have also started a pest control company. I am thinking about using them for that service. If you don't like something, they come right back out. I had a light blue carpet in my office. They could just make it look brand new all over again. It was a wrong color of carpet to be put down in offices. They have a spot cleaner and another one if you have pets to remove the odor. They just take out anything and you don't have old residue. I can't say enough good things about them. They just do a lot of good work.
