Carpet Tech

The two men who did the work were very nice and did the best job they could. They were having some problems with their equipment, but completed the job. The stains on the carpet resurfaced after about a week. I cannot say if some other company cleaned it that it would have turned out any differently. I think these are pet stains and maybe you can't get them out. This carpet should have been replace before I moved in. Overall I think Carpet Tech is reliable and will try to do their best.

The carpet tech team arrived on time, and were kind, respectful and professional. They helped move any furniture that needed to be moved so they could reach every area of carpet. They walked around the house with us discussing any stains and areas of concern and then proceeded to pretreat stains and then cleaned the carpet. We had approximately 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaned and it took them about an hour to complete. We were very very happy with the service and price which was 200.00 for stain treatment, deep clean and Scotchgard.

They did a great job, were very personable and I would call them back! I found them to be excellent educators on issues r/t ducts and they did such a thorough job, not missing a beat. Their visit was both profitable in the cleaning area and in just being two extremely intelligent, honest, dependable friendly young men. When a small problem developed the next day with some hanging lint on one of my ceiling vents, the response to my phone call was immediate. The young man explained the problem (possible insulation leakage from the vent pushing the upper covering of the insulation pad up after the vent was replaced into the opening),and offered to come right out to investigate. Bowled me over! Such quick response.....but I took his advice and said if it persisted, I would call him back. The problem did not re-emerge. Excellent crew! Excellent company.! A rare thing these days. Go, Carpet Tech!!!!

The outcome of the management of the work done by CT Construction was outstanding. The amount of work was enormous and it was accomplished in 5 weeks, which would have run months with anyone else, including us, trying to manage the work. We were completely satisfied with how every aspect was handled, how the work was completed and the crews that were hired to do the work.

We were under a time crunch because we only had a day to get our daughter out of her apartment and into a house. We really wanted to get the carpet cleaned before we moved furniture in. Carpet Tech made that happen and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet at a very reasonable price.

28 year old carpet was thoroughly cleaned. Although we have maintained the carpet over the years, it is still an older carpet and is a very light color. When they finished,it looked beautiful. One pet stain reappeared and they came back the next day and retreated it. I have already recommended Carpet Tech to several friends and will use them again in the future.

Blake was the guy in charge of my clean. He was very professional and his service exceptional. Since it had been a few years since the living room carpet had been cleaned, every time the carpet would dry there would be a mark in a different place. Old dirt I believe coming up from the padding. They came back I think 3 times at no charge to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction and made me feel like it wasn't a bother at all. I would not hesitate to use them again. Way to go Blake!! Don't get me wrong. It looked great every time they left but some old spot would come up after it dried but it was never a problem for them to come back and they did the whole living room over every time they came out not just the one spot.

I thought the job was too rushed and not sure I got the value I was expecting. I re-cleaned the carpet with a rental and extracted a significant amount of dirt. I was too also receive a realtors discount and don't think I did.

The two guys that came, called first to give their ETA. They were both very professional and finished the job promtly. They gave a booklet of information about Carpet Tech and thwir warrwnty. Also, included cleaners for touch up...we have pets. I will use them again when needed!

They were very sweet and they were good people. They were very professional. I was a bit disappointed that the carpets weren't back as nice as they were at first, but I have had a lot of work done in the house.

They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. In fact, they recommended not cleaning the furniture because the fabric was cotton and they were afraid it would shrink. They saved me from making a big mistake. Carpet Tech also made a follow up call to make sure we were happy with their service. Cool tv commercials backed up by GREAT service!

They called to say they would be a little late and it was fine. They worked quickly and the carpet we figured was ruined due to excessive pet stains actually looks brand new. We will definitely do this again in the next year! Super job! Very polite and professional!

Everything went great! Tech was 5 min late, other than that everything was great. My mom told me just wait the stains will come back. It has been a couple of months and none of the stains resurfaced. I would definitely use them again.

It went very expeditiously and professionally--they arrived on time on the date promised and finished the job exactly on time--no hidden charges---the price estimated was the price charged---We couldn't be happier with the finished product--

The two guys did a marvelous job! First they called me to announce that they would run late by 30 minutes, and they did run late exactly 30 minutes - not 45 or 60 or else. They were friendly professional and worked swiftly. My carpet looks like new.

They have a lot of add ons with their service which is good in a way but it was much higher than others.

Carpet Tech was called to my office after my basement sump pump didn't pump! The floor tank overflowed with sink and washing machine water. They were quick with response and sent two gentlemen to vacuum up the excess water and then placed numerous large floor fans to continue the drying process. They also sprayed various chemicals to inhibit mold growth and even a fragrance to keep away any mildew smell! The men were very professional and their equipment was in immaculate!

The carpet cleaner was working by himself during his visit. He was very nice and professional. I do not really think they used much cleaner/soap on my carpet as you could not smell anything when he pre-sprayed. Most of the spots were removed with his bottle of spot cleaner during the actual cleaning process. This was not any cost to me as this was being done prior to me moving into a rental house. I think that I would call them back to actually clean my carpets in about a year or so. I would recommend them to someone else as the company is one of the few and quot;professionaland quot; carpet cleaning companys around here.

Carpet Tech responded quickly, representatives were professional in attitude and dressed in uniform. The work was done cheerfully, efficiently, quickly and they were thorough. Very pleased with results, carpet was cleaned, odor removed and did not return. This is second time I've utilized their carpet cleaning services and I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent employees....Excellent job

The guys showed up on time and looked at the flooring, determining which product would best fit my needs. They did a test spot to make sure the finish would stay. Then they cleaned the floors and applied the polish. The floors look great. Kaleb and his partner were professional and were very knowledgable. I will call him if I ever have a wood flooring question or need wood floor installed or refinished.

Better than expected each time.
