Description of Work: I have a bathroom remodel planned and contacted Mr. Holt's business on August 7 to see if he would bid. The woman I talked to said Mr. Holt was going out of town and he would be back Monday. I didn't hear anything Monday (8-12) so I called his work. I was told he was still out of town and would be back Tuesday and would be doing bids and I was on the board. I never heard from them so I called back on 8/19 to see if was going to bid or was no bid - she said she would find out and call back. As of today (8/25) I have still not heard from them so I guess it is no bid. A call back or an initial "not interested" would have been appreciated.

Description of Work: Fixed toilet wax seal. Had very tricky problem with sewage smell from unknown source that turned out to be the improperly installed drain from central air unit. Very happy with service. Quick and professional, no surprises.

Description of Work: I tried to save money by hiring a "friend of a friend" to help me plumb my garage for a washroom. Well, you get what you pay for! Richard Holt Plumbing came out (after helping me with info on how to get the flood turned off), came in lower than their estimate, and performed in professional manner. I WILL use them again for all my plumbing needs. Learned my lesson well in Longview, TX.
