He sent 2 men and they took 4 trips and the job still isn't done. When they left they took a very expensive diamond ring with them off of my dresser. I know it was them because there was a photo that was moved from the back of the dresser to the front. I have contacted the owner and he denies anything and claims they work in nice homes and have never taken anything. He just cannot be trusted with his help; they walk around the house like it's their house. They have to be watched at all times. Mr. Holt also made me sound like I was a liar about the fixture that I purchased.

Called and was able to get an appointment the next day, they were on time and efficient. One guy worked on laundry room while other worked on master bath. Entire job was finished within 30 minutes. Was told if I had any more problems once I started running loads in the washer to call them and they'd come back. Only downfall is that they charge for driving time outside of Longview, I live in Hallsville so a job that would have been $116.00 ended up being $169.00 after the 1 hour minimum and 40 min drive time charged.. Basically they charged 1.5 hr for a 30 minute job... Other than that I was pleased with the work overall and price was still cheaper than some other quotes I got.

Russell came out on a Friday night to address the strong smell of sewer gas. He was here within 30 minutes. He was courteous and helpful - explaining that there might be different reasons for the smell and ways to prevent it - don't let traps dry out, make sure to run water and commodes if it is a seasonal home, etc. I had called another company first and they were not helpful at all - and I'm glad because I now know Richard Holt plumbing is the guy to call. This is the fourth time I've used them. That should say it all.

The toilet would not stop running even with the water turned off at the wall. They arrived in about an hour and fixed it in about 15 minutes.

The plumber was professional and I was at ease while he and his helper worked for me. He was also honest in telling me some things I could do rather than face a big plumbing bill. He could've taken advantage of me because I know nothing about plumbing. But he didn't and I appreciated his work. Definitely hire again.

They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, worked hard, had a solution of a vexing problems and were reasonably priced. In fact, I had purchased the toilets but one did not fit. They rushed one that did fit to our home and it cost the same as the one I got at Home Depot and it is a great toilet. They made sure both toilets were working a properly seated in their positions (something the last plumber had not done, resulting in wobbly toilets) and they cleaned up afterwards. I would gladly call these guys again. everyone was very professional and polite.

Needless to say my experience was pretty negative. I got a bill for $444 for replacing the innards of two toilets and draining my water heater. I told the lady I wanted the innards replaced and she asked if I meant and quot;gutsand quot;. They didn't come at the appointed time. They called the day of and put it off a day. They had trouble with the first toilet and when they finally got it completed they couldn't get it to seal. Sure enough, it wouldn't shut off and they had not replaced the flushing mechanism (the reason I called them in the first place was because both toilets were difficult to flush). I didn't specify the flushing mechanism, but assumed that was part of the and quot;gutsand quot;. He used a power saw to cut off a rusted bolt and needless to say it took them much longer than they had anticipated. He had to go back to the office to get more parts for the second toilet. It seemed to me that they would have brought all the necessary parts with them since I told the lady I would need the innards of two toilets replaced. We had to call the plumbers back out the next day because one of the toilets was still running water. He replaced the parts again at no extra charge. I had to call them back out, but asked for a different crew this time. It was at this point that I complained about the bill for $444. She couldn't believe the charge either and said they would get it adjusted. She never called me about this though and when I called her to ask she told me she was very sorry, but she had spoken with one of the owners who said they were at your house for 2 hours and had put in all new parts so to them the price was fair, but to me, it's not. Especially having had to call them out 3 times and have 2 separate crews come out all to replace the innards of two toilets and drain a water heater. The breakdown of this bill was $265 + $53 for labor and materials were $116. I wasn't able to tell how many actual hours they charged me for. This was a surprise to me because I had used them twice in the past with good experience.

We called them on Tuesday to make appt, they had an opening on Wednesday. They called before coming and arrived with 15 minutes of the call. They were friendly and did a very thorough job and made sure that the hot water heater was in working condition before they left. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends. Very pleased with service provided.

Richard called 8:00 am to say help was on way, professional, pleasant and knowledgable men went right to work. Well prepared for order placed and done promptly. No and quot;plumbers buttand quot; men here and this is important to me! Always top quality dependable service men, right to the job with no wasted time and always clean up before they leave.

called to make an appt for them to come over and clear my kitchen drain. 2 guys come over within the time frame they gave me. within 15 min the drain was cleared. gave them the discount sheet that i had printed off and they gave me the total minus the discount. It was not totally accurate, but close enough. i will use them again.

They were prompt, clean, professional, polite - in answering my questions and did great work. I will use them again if needed.

I called at 4:45 pm to see if they could come out to unclog kitchen sink In the morning...woman taking the call was gruff, and said she could not get them their in the morning. I asked when they could be here. She said she could probably work me in sometime after lunch. I asked if they could be here for sure the next day, as she was not sounding too positive..she said maybe, but no promises. It would be the day before Thanksgiving...I need the kitchen sink fixed...I told her I needed to know for sure...she said she did not know...NOW COME ON!!!!! It's a yes or no answer to a customer's question. I said I needed to know for sure...she said she did not know, and quot;so what do you want to do?and quot; I said I would call someone else and give my opinion on Angie's List...and hung up the phone...RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! VERY!!!!! Needs some phone manner lessons as well...smile when you answer the phone, people can hear it in your voice...

I called Monday morning to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel. I was told that someone would come on Tuesday. No one called or came by on Tuesday. I called back Wednesday morning and was told that Mr Holt needed to do the estimate and he would call me back that morning. No call was received. If you tell a customer that someone will come to peform a service, you should either show up or give them a courtesy call to let them know why you won't be there.

They arrived promptly, replaced mechanism in toilet tank and even tightened a toilet seat without me having to ask them. I continued to have a problem with toilet flushing after they left and I called them and they returned promptly and fixed the problem by replacing the flapper (I think that is what it is called). There was not an additional charge and they were easy and pleasant to work with.
