They had to put in a bigger door to the bathroom to get the but in Then they went to work and did a wonderful job.

His understanding and mine were different. I don't feel that I received what I understood the bid to be. For example, I asked them to install a motion light that they connected to a dimmer switch so it either stays on or off. What then was the purpose of the "Motion light"?

A representative of Premier Construction came to look at the 1950's, 1200 sq ft house we are buying and needed work on. The work ranged from a new breaker box to reconfiguring some closets to refinishing hardwood flooring to putting up a new wall to a new counter & possible cabinets in the kitchen. Prem. Const. has a reputation for not being the cheapest company in town, but doing good work, so we decided to start with them. The representative came out and we walked through the house. What struck me is that there seemed only one way to do anything and they weren't interested in looking at various possibilities to fit our budget. The rep also spoke negatively of another sub-contractor in town, while it seemed to me the sub-contractor knew more than the Prem. Const. rep. Although the rep said he would get an estimate to me quickly, it was two weeks before I heard from him to say they weren't going to take the job or give an estimate. They may do good work, but I was not impressed.

All service men from the construction to plumbers, painting, electrician, drywall handle to general contractor were punctual, respectful, professional and went above and beyond to expedite remodel keeping us comfortable & happy. High quality materials. Very high standards. You get what you pay for. Worked around our needs with our mother. New & smells of staining cabinets. They even put us up in a hotel to make us comfortable. James Grant is awesome! Best contractor! Enthusiastically, morally, and friendly.

I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. James Grant, the contractor/owner of Premier Construction was a pleasure to deal with. He was always on time, called when he said he would, even sent me emails when I wasn't asking for anything. Not once during the three weeks the job took did someone arrived late. Somebody was at the house every day. The Premier Construction crew and subs were all wonderful. I never worried about leaving the house to run errands while they were there. They all cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The job performed by them all is of great quality. It was done within the promised time frame and within the quote. I didn't pay a penny more than what was quoted to start with. The cost of the job may be a little higher than other contractors, but it is a price I gladly paid given the overall quality of the job. It all went very smoothly, and the peace of mind that resulted was worth every single extra penny. If we ever decide to remodel a bathroom or build that addition we have been dreaming of, James Grant will be the one I will call. The only one. Words can hardly describe how happy my husband and I are about our new kitchen. For all your remodeling needs, Premier Construction and James Grant are the ones to go to. We cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, James and the crew, for a job very well done!

James was responsive from the moment of initial contact and then throughout the job. He did exactly as he said he'd do, was helpful, pleasant and professional. This was a small job lasting only 3 working days, but the site was clean and usable each night when the workers left. I didn't shop around for price and, although I'm confident I could have paid less, the fact that he's licensed, bonded and a member of the BBB was important to me and I was willing to pay more for the confidence those facts inspired.

Great job. They finished in the stated time frame. Their attention to detail was wonderful.

Provided the quickest turnaround on information hands down. Responded to questions, updated figures and returned phone calls. Available to discuss your design ideas and advised on vendor selections. Gave us good ideas and advice. If you talk to the vendors he uses they will tell you he expects on-time performance and accepts nothing but the best work from his contractors. May be a little higher than other bids you'll receive but I have no doubt the work provided will be worth it. We will have other projects in the future and given our impressions from the first time we contacted Premier Construction - they will be hard to beat.

I had a good experience with them. I liked that he knew what he was doing. He gave a fairly fair bid. He seems like a really good guy, though we have only met once. He was professional.

I give a B on price because this contractor was not the cheapest. However, I’m willing to pay extra for honesty and service. Worth the expense.

The entire Premier Company staff is friendly, professional, on time, cleans up, helps with extra things like moving furniture. No job too large or small. This company can handle anything!! I would highly recommend them to any homeowner or business for new or remodel work.

They were personable but they were a little high for what they were going to do. I am not going to use them for this project. I went through four different contractors and then selected the one that I decided I wanted. Premier's estimate is about the same as the company I picked to do the job except I am going to get more for my money; my money will go further.

Mr. Grant and everyone I talked to at this company was outstanding. I don't live in Longview but needed to have repairs done to an older home which is part of an estate I am managing. Mr. Grant graciously changed his schedule to meet me at the house for an estimate on one of the days I was in town, and we scheduled the actual work for two weeks later. He and his helper arrived early and completed the job within two hours. They were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. If I lived in the area, I would use this company a lot!!

Premier did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen as well as reflooring and painting several other areas. Everyone who worked in our home was very professional . They were always concerned with a clean up after each day of work , so that our living space was 'liveable' , as well as taking the utmost care with other areas .. i.e. furniture to be moved out of the way, replacing areas of the new flooring that were scratched when the appliances were moved , etc. We're very very pleased with our new kitchen and with everyone who worked in our home. I would highly recommend Premier and any of their Subs or Suppliers !

My contractor was James. He did a great job. He did fantastic job, professional and not cheap. I had custom cabinets and everything done. I would use him again. He doesn’t mess up things and you hardly would know that he was in the house except for the area he was working in. He came often and checked on everything. He was always available and did an excellent job.
