The work was beautiful upon completion. Just shy of a year after construction was completed, the seam of the add-on began to leak. James was called and came out to take a look. He and a few guys added caulk ( I assume - wasn't told) to try and fix the issue. Shortly thereafter, we had another bout of storms and the seam still leaked. James was called once more and stated that he had never had this issue before. He came out again and then stated that the problem was the roof slant/chimney and would need another approximately $4,000.00 dollars to fix. Needless to say, not happy with that one.

We have used Premier Construction several times over the last four years, on projects ranging from a couple of thousand dollars to well into the six figures. The owner James Grant always follows up with a final walk through no matter the size of the project to insure the quality is up to Premier’s standards and we as a customer are happy with the end result. We have used various contractors in the past that have required constant contact and supervision to insure they show up as scheduled and do the work as promised. A remodel or repair you are having done at your home should not become your new job once you hire a contractor. Premier’s people show up when they are supposed to and complete the work as promised down to the smallest detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It went really well. They stared on time and finished on time. The quality of work was really good. At the end of the job they cleaned up all of the trash and took it with them. I will use them again. The whole crew was very professional.

We did a major remodeling of virtually everything in the house. James, of Premier Construction, consulted with us in detail and developed a detailed plan and cost. The work was done in a professional manner, on time and with the highest quality expected. We are incredibly impressed with James' professionalism and expertise. His team is as professional and quality oriented as he is. We can not give him enough kudos. We are most pleased with the end product and will recommend him to anyone.

Premier Construction oversaw some kitchen remodeling. I received an outstanding service for a very good price. I thought the gentlemen there were courteous, professional, prompt , and dependable. My new counter tops look just great. So does my black kitchen sink and newly stained cabinets. I recommend Mr. Grant wholeheartedly.

Premier Construction is exceptional! You hear so many horror stories regarding contractors but our experience with James at Premier Construction was top notch from the first day to the last. We were always well informed, we knew exactly what work was being performed weekly. The time frame we were given on how long the job would take was spot on. We were working with a specific budget and James was very diligent on staying within that budget and giving us everything we wanted. I cannot express enough how great it was working with Premier Construction!

Always showed up on time as promised. All work exceeded expectations. Their crews were friendly and especially neat, respecting our home and the fact that we were still living in it during all of the renovation. They cleaned up after themselves everyday they were at our home.

Premier Construction was a surprisingly easy and painless experience. James is incredibly knowledgeable and has a highly skilled crew that works with him. Every morning they would show up at 8:00am, five or six days a week depending on which projects were on-going and have the place cleaned up after a full day?s work. They were respectful of my home and were people who I felt I could trust in my absence. My original plans were fairly vague and as the projects progressed, James and I would discuss and formulate a vision. Every day, his team went above and beyond with each project and maintained a level of professionalism that is often lost in the world of contractors. To be honest, they were a great crew that other contractors should try and model after. Friends have used other groups in the area and only have horror stories to show for it; long delays, empty promises, huge and unforeseen expenses. With Premier Construction, they were in and out in six weeks and practically renovated my entire home. The bill was very reasonable for the amount of work and in no way did I feel taken advantage of. You won?t be disappointed in hiring James and Premier Construction.

I called Premier Construction to set up an appointment to get a bid on a whole home remodel. However, because we did not own the home yet, (offer had been accepted, both inspections were good, we're just waiting for the appraisal to close) he wanted to charge $500 just do the bid! Their rationale was that if we picked them the $500 would go towards the bill. That's just insane to me. Us not owning the home YET didn't put them at any more risk than if we did already own the home. If we owned the home we would still get multiple bids and might not choose them, yet somehow that bid is free. I was really disappointed in this policy.

Work days were scheduled. Always here on time. Professional and courteous. Drop cloths were placed before work each day and removed at the end of the day. Very pleased with the finished work. Will use them in the future for other projects.

Overall it went very smooth. The Anew James kept us unformed and very knowledgeable.

Excellent serve and products attention to details that I didn't even notice or ask for created a wonderful end result.

James estimated 4 to 5 weeks from start to finish. They started about two weeks after the job was quoted (exactly when James said they would) and finished in 5 weeks and one day. And this was after we added several items to the original quote during the process! The custom cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry rooms is absolutely perfect. We asked for a color and finish that turned out to be quite a job for the crew, but they delivered exactly what we wanted. We also asked for under-cabinet lighting and soft-close doors and drawers, all of which function perfectly! The work was performed in a timely manner. During the five weeks, not a day passed (Monday thru Friday) that there was not a crew doing work at our house, except for one that we can recall, and on that day they were working in their shop coating the cabinet doors and drawer fronts (the cabinet bodies were coated on-site). Each workman that we dealt with was courteous and attentive to our needs. They cleaned up after themselves as much as possible at the end of each workday and took every step possible to minimize our inconvenience during a total kitchen remodel. Near as we can tell, James and every member of his crew takes pride in their work. This courtesy and attentiveness was also true of each of Premier's suppliers that we visited to select appliances, backsplash, cabinet hardware and so on. Kudos to James and his crew for delivering on every promise made. That doesn't happen too often these days, at least in our experience. These guys deliver! Premier Construction will be hearing from us again. The next project: the master bath.

work lasted about 1 month. Very good coordination of plumbers, electricians, etc. Some type of work done almost every week day. Kept the area clean and accessible as much as possible. Overall cost about as expected, maybe a little higher than average.

Everything went well. Work was done in a timely manner and the new shower looks great. We made a few tweaks during the process and James was very open to changes.

He is good but he is very rude. He did a great job in painting. He did a god job but he is extremely rude. It was expensive because we had a lot done. He did excellent work. But he would literally fight with you. Everybody in our town knows that he is a very rude person. If I will work with his workers, I will use him again. He insists on what he wants but I insisted on how I want my bathroom to look like. He is not over priced but for what he does, it?s worth it.

There was never a problem. They showed up every day until finished and completed ahead of estimate. They really did a good job.

He was not on time for our appt, showed up late and left without even considering us.
