Needless to say it’s two different colors and not in a good way. There are several construction issues (gates sagging / boards popping / spindles too long / stairs not supported and sagging). We told Brian in October 2023 that we wanted a portion of the money back so we could hire someone to fix it. He came out, said he would get back to us that week. Nothing. 4 months later we messaged again and got no response. At this point, we are done and have held off with the review until now."
