Mainly observed but at least went up to the unit and spent some time however there really is no "tune up" but just a recommendation to upgrade. Not sure how much I would expect for $60 but I would have rather paid more and get something actually fixed/tuned.

Charlie was friendly and on time. He explained everything to me which I appreciate as a new homeowner.

Two techs came out to take care of us. They were on time, & gave us a written report.. They were great and we’d hire them again.

It worked out great. They didn't replace any big equipment but it worked out fine. They were very prompt and very responsive in getting it scheduled. We were very pleased with him. He was a very nice Christian man and we appreciated that as well. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we had some other things done other than that initial clean out. We spent about $900 and we were satisfied with their services.

Inspection was very thorough, gave a great reort on system, very punctual. My only hesitation was I felt estimates for recommended follow on work were too high, we would need to discuss before any work was done.

On time, good job and responded clearly to questions.

Casey and Charlie came to service my heater. They recommend my unit be cleaned because it was very dusty. They were polite and worked quickly. I am not sure if the price was reasonable, but I knew the unit was not taken care of when I moved into the house. I was aware it would need some work.

Introduction with handshake, proceeded to furnace then to heat pump. Explained their findings and left.

Technicians informed us the larger unit (5 ton) had lost all its Freon..........our electric bill had more than doubled so we knew something was wrong.....unit was running in emergency mode....we subsequently got three bids for new heat pumps . Covenant did not try to oversell us as did the other two vendors. They were very efficient, communicative and responsive! They will follow-up in 6 months and again in 12 as part of their service. Manufacturer we chose was Carrier. They even credited us back our $78 inspection fee and filed rebate for us with our electric provider ........Top notch!

It was fine. They were on time. They left the place clean. They had some suggestions about it not being optimized with hardware which we knew. They were fine. They were honest.

They were great communicators before and during the job. The service providers who did the actual work were dressed professionally and were respectful of our home. They were pleasant and helpful throughout. The work was completed in a timely manner with a full report of their checks and findings.

The technician arrived and performed several tests on my furnace and fixed some loose items. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm happy with the service.

I had the AC unit drain line that was clogged, and the "emergency drain" was dripping. I tried the usual 'home remedies' and did not work. So I called Covenant since they installed my other new unit 11 months ago. They came, worked on the drain for quite a bit, had to clean it twice. They also pointed out my coil was dirty ( it really was ) so I had them clean it. Not cheap, but they did the job well.

It went very well. I saw a deal for heating/AC tune up and purchased the coupons. The management at Covenant was extremely helpful prior to my purchase.

It was easy to schedule the service and the provider called before they arrived. Took the time to document any potential issues and other repair options for consideration. Performed the preventative maintenance as expected.

It worked out just fine. They offered me a better guarantee than other people were offering; it was a better warranty.

Our old air conditioning system (28 years old) failed after hot summer weather had arrived. Contacted several HVAC contractors, but Covenant was one of three who came by to review the installation and provide a proposal the same day that we called. Michael was very straight forward, direct and professional. There was no high pressure and no slick talking. The only issue was that, based on his calculations, he recommended a 2 ton cooling unit and we felt that we needed a 2.5 ton unit because our house faces due west. Michael thought the 2.5 ton unit was a little overkill, but agreed to provide the slightly larger unit for an additional $100 cost. We selected a high efficiency system to take advantage of the energy tax credits. Covenant's proposal was competitive (less than one and about the same as the other), and we selected them due to the price, Michael's professionalism, warranty and the fact that they could do the installation the next day. The others would have required us to wait a few days to a week before installation. Installation was performed by a two man crew in a single day. Our old fan coil unit was located in closet in our garage that was a little difficult to get to due to the amount of stuff stored in front of it. The installation crew was polite and professional and moved everything to get access. They did a very nice job on the installation. Covenant promptly followed up the installation with complete documentation on the installation, warranty and certificate of product ratings (needed for the tax credit). The new system has performed very well and there have been no issues or problems since the install. We were astounded at the lower energy bills after installing the new unit. The lower electric bills made us wonder why we didn't replace the system sooner. Overall, we were very pleased with the price, service and installation. We recommend Covenant and would certainly use them again.

Covenant has been servicing our AC/Heater for years. They are always professional and courteous. They take the time to explain everything and what needs to be done to get it up and running again. Their prices are fair and usually less expensive than other places.

Our air conditioning unit broke down and we needed a new one ASAP. No fun with no AC in the middle of the summer. The president of the company himself met with us to give us an estimate and all our options. He explained everything very well, including prices and details on every option. He didn't mind taking the time to explain everything, which we really appreciate. We did have a quote from another company, that sent a salesman who seemed very impatient and didn't seem to care much about us. We decided on a unit and he had it installed that week and took only one day. His price beat the company with the impatient saleman plus he gave us a cash discount to boot! We have had this system for two years and the president of the company was correct that we would save money on our electricity bills. We have been saving about $30 to $40 a month during the spring and summer months. I highly recommend this company.

Covenant has been servicing my A/C for over a year. Their service has been superb and I've always been happy with their honesty, punctuality and professionalism. The unit was on its last breath. The owner (Michael), personally came to my house and presented me with quotes and options for a new unit. He gave me all the pros/cons of each unit. We agreed on a unit/price. As promised, the team came and installed the unit. They followed up to make sure everything was fine.

These people are great! I called at 5:30 p.m. on Friday to get a quote to repair or replace my AC system. The president of the company was at my house one hour later and gave me a very detailed written quote outlining four options. I waited till the next day to get a quote from one other outfit and then called Covenant back to ask them to do the job (their price was better and I believe the equipment is better quality). They brought a window AC unit out and installed it Saturday afternoon to help keep me comfortable until Monday when they installed the new system. The installation was complete by mid-afternoon on Monday. The president of the company came back out Monday evening to check the installation and ensure I was happy with everything. Good people, good prices and good service!
