Description of Work: Covenant installed a new air conditioning system and duct system for us. They returned in a couple of days and told us they uncovered a mistake when reviewing our work. They put in larger ducts which we would not even have known about the mistake. Very honest and capable workers and conpamy.

Description of Work: Installed an ac system that meets the new cooling fluid codes and provides cost saving features. Repaired ducts. System is operating great, very quiet, full featured control panel. Love the attention to detail this contractor exhibited, very professional.

Description of Work: They checked the air conditioner -- inside and out. Were very professional and had improvement suggestions. Right on time and very pleasant .

Description of Work: I was contacted on the same day I purchased through Angie's List to set up an appointment. They were able to come during my requested time. I had them service and clean all my units. One unit was not working and pretty old. I asked them to replace that unit completely rather than repair it again. I also opted to upgrade to a much more efficient unit. Mike was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Were nice folks...returned call promptly and made appointment. Was very prompt and polite. As expected with this and most Angie's List coupons...they found something to upcharge me for. The attic unit was vibrating and noisy, hence my call for service. He removed some "debris" from the housing and made a couple of other recommendations. The unit no longer vibrates, which is great but after the coupon price and $50 bucks for removing a little junk I was into it for $100. My only thought would be if I was told first there was some debris and if I wanted it removed it will be $50...not after the fact.
