Wonderful experience with TLC Carpet Cleaning! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice, professional, and willing to work with my schedule. The price is incredible for the quality of service you receive! Very pleased with them and will be using TLC again!!

The technician was very nice and kept my house clean while treating the furniture

The office staff is very kind and friendly. I had an appointment at 10am, but the technician didn t show up until 11:30am. He did apologize. I got a very good deal on the loveseat cleaning with a coupon. The loveseat is clean where the tech cleaned it but he said that he wasn t going to clean the areas that I could put into the washing machine. I could have put everything into the washing machine for free. I would hire them again with a little more supervision.

Semi minor carpet repair involving replacing about 6 feet of carpet padding and tacking the carpet back in place. Technician had everything in his truck to do the repairs right away. Great job for the money.

Easy to work with but did not get the pet smell out of the rug completely.

The cleaning technician (Todd) called and informed me he was in route and arrived 15 minutes early. He politely talked me thru the process of the carpet cleaning. All the spots were all removed from the carpet. The service was outstanding and we will be most definitely using TLC Carpet cleaning in the future.

Would recommend for carpet cleaning and stretching

We had water leak that stained the carpet in a bedroom. TLC did an excellent job cleaning the carpet, replacing the pad and re-stretched it. It looked new and smelled great upon completion. They also cleaned an area rug for me and got all the stains out. I was very pleased and the cost was reasonable.

TLC provided quality work at a good price with good customer service! Would definitely use them again.
