TLC were very responsive, professional, friendly and did a amazing job on my 25 year old carpet and wool area rugs. I had initially hired them to just do the Stairway and landing but they did such a great job cleaning that area I immediately booked them again to do all of the upstairs rooms. My old carpet never looked so new as it did after TLC cleaned them. Great job.

These people need to take a photo of rug orientation before they remove it from the home. One very nice man did the job of two by himself. Rug needed trimming threads from cat scratching. Could/should have done this while on drying rack. Easy access. I had to do myself on floor, very awkward position for me (6 broken vertebra). The rug did not smell clean or fresh. Thats half the reason one sends a rug out. If they are aiming for mediocre business practice they sure hit that target! I chose because $100 less than Dalworth.
