Great experience. Easy to do business. Fast and efficient scheduling and arrived on-time. The tech worked quickly and independently. Overall, he did good job with one exception - there were a couple of spots that could have benefited from pre-treatment. Admittedly, if I'd had time to point out the areas then I'm sure he'd have responded but I was distracted with other works so was pleased with his independence.

They company and picked up our oriental style rug, cleaned it promptly and returned it within a few days. Great service and reasonably priced compared to other providers I spoke to.

They were on time, efficient, friendly, and effective! Cleaned tile in 3 areas of my house and set up fans to quick dry. Very pleased. Just saw they do upholstery clean, so I plan to have them come back!

Really friendly sales staff and did a pretty good job. I was disappointed that the couch and carpet stains did not come as clean as I had hoped-especially the sofa.. They were very friendly though and it does look much better. I would have liked to know if there is anything more that can be done for some of the tougher stains for future cleanings though.

Carlos was excellent, did a very thorough job and not too time consuming. He was nice and courteous about being late and apologized. Definitely would recommend!

The customer service person was nice. Got an appointment quickly. The work was done ok but found some areas on the stairs where things were not completely vacuumed up. The service guy was efficient but not friendly.

Great pricing,customer service and estimate....the gentleman did not have on a mask appropriating my home. He stayed for less then 6 mins. I paid for additional treatment he sprayed twice and left.
