Texas Best Fence did an awesome job with giving us a perfect outdoor kitchen space. The owner Coby made sure he was the one who came out to quote the project, give us ideas, and to open the project when the build started. Their work was carefully planned and diligently done as to make sure they completed in a timely manner. Even during the process the office staff did a great job with customer service and ensuring me the time line as the project was going on and who would be at my house at what time during the project build. Highly recommended for any type of outdoor living.

Installation went great until roughly 2 weeks after completion when the city of dallas red tagged the work due to non code compliant installation. Texas Best Fence had to come back out and move the gate 5 feet back. After that I had two electrical failures and the welding on liftmaster arm failed, the arm disconnected and subsequently bent. I eventually spoke with the owner of the company after work was consistently subpar. He was able to right the issues personally and get things done in an expedited manner. I greatly appreciated his involvement.

The crew sent (Ryan and Matt) were very responsive to what we wanted, and kept us updated during the project. When we did not like the stain that had been ordered by the salesman, they helped us find the exact color we had requested.

A little slow in getting started with project. Instead of them calling me to give me a start date, I had to call them. I also had to call to find out when the electric gate was going in since they did not call me. Communication was not the greatest for this company. When they did get started, it was great. The guys that put up the fence did it in one day. They did an awesome job and it looks terrific. I had to call them again to find out when the electric gate was going to be started since they did not come on the day they originally scheduled. It was in two phases. One to put in the post and complete the measurements which they did when I called and one to do the installation. I was surprised the day they came to do the installation since I was not informed it would be that particular day. I came home from work and they were there. The guys really did a great job but I'm still waiting for a little bit of training on the gate. The remote work well but I am suppose to be able to use my smart phone which I can't at this time. There seems to be a key pad but I don't know how to program it. I did call TBF and someone is to call me one day next week. Hopefully it will be when I am home and not at work. That part was a little up in the air.

The entire build went very well and the two guys were very professional! Pergola is here to stay for a very long time!!

Seems to have difficulties in organizing a project quote On June 13, Keith from Texas Best Fence came by to view and quote my project to fix a stone stairway, landing and retaining wall that was cracked from settling. Keith was very personable and reasonably knowledgeable, which made my initial impression of the company favorable. On leaving Keith committed to having a written quote to me no later than the following afternoon. After hearing nothing I called Keith on the 15th and was assured that I would receive a written quote later in the day by email. Two weeks later, still no email, so I followed up again with a call to the office. Keith was not available, but I was assured by the person managing the desk that she would forward the quote later in the afternoon. Four days later still no response.

The entire process went very smoothly each time. Colby is creative, responsive, honest and trustworthy. He made sure the jobs were done beyond our expectation and treated us like family. Highly recommend Texas Best Fence.

Texas Best Fence did a superb job building a flower bed, stone brick as well as staining the driveway. These additions have tremendously contributed to the beauty of our home.

The project went smooth and painless, thanks to Kimbra, the project manager. She earned our business. The prices were higher than the competitors, however she really worked for us, stayed in contact, and tried to get us her best rate. That's what made our final decision. The contractor, Arturo and his crew worked very quick and efficiently, and were able to have most of the patio cover finished in 2 days. We had to wait for inspection from the city, so that's what really took the longest. We absolutely LOVE the finished product, and would recommend Kimbra and Texas Best Fence to any of our friends and family.

We cannot not be more happy with Texas Best Fence. From the initial estimate to the final walk through, it was a breeze working with this company. Mind you, TBF is not cheap, but it was worth every penny! We are currently doing a total overhaul of our home and our fence was next on list. Our project consisted of almost 300 linear feet, 2 walkthrough gates (3’ & 4’ openings) and a wide electronic gate. For the estimate our sales person Keith called before coming and arrived ON TIME. –This maybe a small detail but after renovating an entire home, you realize punctuality and consideration for one’s time is not always a given from other contractors. The estimate itself was not cheap, but they were great about working with our budget. After deciding on TBF, they were respectful of our timeline as we had other projects to going on at the same time. When our crew came they literally worked until the sun started to set. Our crew was a 4-man crew, headed by Chilo. They drove almost 2 hours to get to our home every morning and worked tirelessly in the hot Texas sun in JUNE without complaints and then drove another 2 hours to get home. These guys seriously take pride in their work! They did better than I even envisioned, and I consider myself a perfectionist especially when it comes to contracting people to do work for us. Now, we have the nicest fence in the neighborhood and people stop EVERYDAY to compliment their work and to ask about our experience with TBF. You get what you pay for and MORE with TBF. We highly recommend Keith Willingham and Chilo and his crew. I hope this helps fellow renovators!

Great! They came out and power-washed it before staining and now it looks great.

This is a very dis-organised and very unprofessional company. The behaviour when dealing with customers are so immature and out-dated. Matt came and made the measurement and quote. Got company email scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday to do the work. We left the yard gate open for them the whole day for both days and no-one came, no phone call or any contact from them to update on the schedule. Called Matt and he said he is going to call the company. When he called back and I could not answer the call, no message or text left to update me. I had to call him Friday, and found they were coming. I told him I did not get notice and the gate may not be open since no one is home. They came and found gate locked. The company called me then and I told them they need to inform client of the schedule. She said fine, can we come Saturday. I said sure. Saturday and Sunday passed and on one showed and no one called or contact me.

Very well. Everyone from the initial consultant to the crew that did the work was very professional.

The works was done on time. There were no problems. Arturo did a great job on the patio cover. The paving and cover looks great. Overall a very good installation.

The project ran on time, with lots of conversations about what was going on.

It took forever to get anyone to respond. They said they would be here at noon, and didn't show up until 3:30 for the estimate. Then when they showed up the first time to do the work, they didn't bring the right equipment and had to reschedule and we had to wait another week (we had already waited three weeks). They did the repair and the work they did was great, except that they left two posts that were broken. These were not included in the estimate (because the guy doing the estimate missed them), but they had to connect the new part of the fence to both of the broken posts and the least they could have done was tell us the two post were also broken. We would have paid extra to have them also fixed, but they just hooked the repaired fence up to the broken posts. Then when I called to ask them to come back to fix it, (twice) they never called back. My husband had to spend his ONE day off a week fixing what they left. Shoddy work and very unprofessional in my opinion.

I used Texas Best Fence and I was very unhappy. They're on Angie's List, that's why I picked them, and I'm not satisfied with their work whatsoever. First off they didn't do the first job they were suppose to do, which they were suppose to stain my patio, they still haven't stained it and it's been six weeks. I said I wanted my fence stained, but I either wanted it brushed or rolled, and they showed up and rolled it, and they weren't suppose to do the fence until they did the patio, and the patio still hadn't been done, and I've already gave them a deposit, and I haven't had any word from them, any call from them, or anything else after I resent calls. I talked to a person yesterday and I said, I'm pis#ed, you all haven't done what you were suppose to have done first, I want my money back or some of it, and they hung up on me. That was the first only really bad experience I've had on Angie's List, and you know, they were highly regarded and everything, I read some of the comments and everything, and I said, okay I'll give these people a try, and wrong. My wife is really pi****. Last Tuesday I talked to the auditor or the adjuster, the guy who actually came out and wrote the contract and took the order and every thing. I talked to him and I said "What's going on? When am I going to get my patio done." He said "What are you talking about?" I said "Well your dude has already come out here and power washed the fence. I want the fence done, yeah. I want the patio done. That's my main thing. My furniture is sitting out in the lawn. My patio furniture is getting rained on and everything else, because I thought you all was supposed to be out here. You originally said you would be out here the following week. That was 5 weeks ago." That is neither here nor there. He still hasn't called me back. There was 2 jobs. One was staining the patio and that was supposed to be $964 and then do the fence and that was supposed to be $550. They said "Well we need a deposit or something." So I gave them $775 and I still hadn't got my patio done. Their prices were fair. I would recommend nobody to use them.

My neighbor and I are having a fence put up. Keith is the guy who came out. He keeps postponing the service. He did the estimate on April 13th. We got an estimate from another company but the estimate was so huge we decided to go with Keith. He came and picked up the first half of the payment on April 27th and left and has not been back. When I call the office, the girls are not very helpful. The always tell me they will call me back and never do. When my husband called he did get a call back. The last time I talked to Keith on the phone when I was lucky enough to get him on the phone, he said he would come on May 10th. I waited and no one came. I talked to my neighbor and he said that Keith came at 9 am this morning and said he would be back on May 17th. The customer service is terrible. They don't call and let me know the date is changed. They don't call for anything. They act like they are fake or a scam. Keith is very personable but it is very difficult to get in contact. I would like it if they called the previous day before they come on May 17th.

Set up appointment to get a quote. Their employee was late for the appointment. She told me I'd have the quote in a few days. I never received the quote. Called the office and they said they would get me the quote. Never did. No response. What a waste of my time!

I found a couple of fence companies to quote my job and they were one of four. One never sent a quote even after 5 phone calls and 3 emails, guess they didn't want my money bad enough. The other two were over priced but Kimbra at Texas Best were on point. She told me, call me when you get all your quotes and we'll compare apples to apples and beat the others. She did. When they scheduled everything it was easy and quick while the installers were nice and respectful. I cant say enough good things about them. I would recommend them 100%. If your gun shy, ask for Kimbra as she took care of me, and I'm a pain in the ***, and was great to work with. Texted and called at all hours of the day and night to make sure I was comfortable. Great work guys, you earned my recommendation.

Very well. Colby, the owner, visited and emailed me at every step of the project make sure I was happy and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. The work looks great and improves the appearance of my home and yard significantly. I am so pleased that I am about to schedule a 85' fence replacement on a fence I share with a neighbor.

2 years ago Texas Best Fence installed a 6 Ft fence on my property. I was very satisfied with it. I called for additional services including an upper extension of the previous fence, a large patio, and another 8 Ft fence on the other side of my property. Jeff came out to the house on March 9, 2017 to take measurements for an estimate. He stated that he would get the estimate to me the next day or the following Monday. After not receiving the estimate, I called Texas Best Fence to inquire about the estimate. The girl that answered the phone stated that she would get a message to Jeff. After another week of silence, I called again. The girl again stated that she would get a message to Jeff. I received a survey from Texas Best Fence asking how they did. I answered stating that I had not heard anything. The survey automatically responded with an "we will call you". To date, I have not hear back from this company.

They did a great job, taking the old fence down, removing any debris and installing the new fence and cleaning up any debris left over. I would recomment this company to anyone who need a great job at great price.

I had Texas Best Fence come out to give me an estimate for a partial fence replacement. Keith (the salesperson) was extremely professional and really did a great job answering all of my questions. In the end, two providers made the final cut. Both appeared very professional, highly reviewed on Angie's List. In the end, it came down to pricing and there was a slight difference that held me back from hiring. Regardless, for projects that Texas Best Fence can do, I would absolutely ask them to bid on work because I believe they would do a good job on those projects.
