Description of Work: One side back yard fence

Description of Work: My original fence was blown down during a storm. Texas Best Fence installed a new pre-stained cedar fence (6 inch cedar slats) with steel poles (spaced 6 feet apart). They were able to install the fence within a week of providing the estimate. Work was completed in one day. Excellent job.

Description of Work: Hired them to replace dilapidated old cedar fence. Work was done on time and neatly; however, we were cited by the city for no permit. It was late in getting posted by the company. When the job was completed the fence failed city inspection as it did not meet setback requirements. Our representative, Gary, made numerous calls and visits to the city to plead the case that new setback was excessive in our situation. We lost and |Gary's crew had to come back and move the fence. It finally passed inspection.

Description of Work: Texas Best provided us with a bid, that although was not the lowest, one that we felt was worth the quality. The work was done quickly and efficiently, finishing the fence in one day. However, there were a couple of things left undone, one of which was on the part of the supervisor. While the items were recified, it took a little longer to respond than expected. Hence the "B" ratings on some of the items. All in all, we are in possession of a beautiful, well made, professionally done fence.

Description of Work: Built out a large covered patio including the electrical and video components.

Description of Work: They did a fine job, got it all done in one day. One problem, they left concrete chunks with partial fence posts imbedded. We called the office multiple times and was assured they would be back. They did not return. Some what disappointing as everything else was excellent.

Description of Work: Old fence was taken down and new one installed in two days. They did an excellent job and it looks great. Our initial contact, Andrea, was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We paid a little extra for the clear cedar and to have a shed taken down and hauled away. We received a $250 discount for Angie's List. Workers did a great job. After I had paid them, I called with an issue about the gate, and they came back out to fix it to my satisfaction. Office staff was very pleasant and efficient. We did have to wait three weeks for the install since they are so busy - but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Very poor communications throughout job after contract was signed. Sales rep was volatile and had other priority jobs. Communication with onsite personnel difficult because of language and also attitude. Cleanup was poor and required multiple calls and crew visits. Actual job however was satisfactory but not worth the other difficulties.

Description of Work: We took time off of work to be here for a scheduled time in which they would be here. They not only did not show up but they never returned our calls when trying to see where they were or what happened. We missed half a day of work because of their lack of professionalism. Do not waste your time with this company it is a crap shoot on if they will even show up

Description of Work: They removed our existing fence and installed a new fence and two gates. After several weather related delays, they arrived and installed the fence on Christmas Eve. It looks great!! Cost was a little higher than other quotes, but included ongoing weatherproofing treatments of the wood if necessary. We are very satisfied with the quality and service.
