Description of Work: Replace the old wood fence. Lasted three days instead of 1 to 1.5 days quoted, but that was due to the hot weather.

Description of Work: I contracted with Texas Best Fence to have my current fence stained. Nate came out as scheduled did the quote and I liked what he had to say, the price was just slightly more than other quotes I had. | |The first issue I had is I was not made aware of when I was put on the schedule until a day prior to when they were going to come out to start the job. This frustrated me as I work during the day and I cannot just take off work on a days notice to be home with a contractor. | |They came out when scheduled to do the cleaning the prep work on the fence on a Monday. Tuesday they were supposed to come back and stain the fence, which did not happen. I called Texas Best Fence and was told they would be out there on Wednesday morning to complete the job, which they never showed up on Wednesday. I emailed the sales rep (which he responded quickly saying he would look into it) and I called the office 2 times on Thursday and left 2 messages which were not returned. I call a 3rd time late in the day on Thursday and finally got a hold of someone. They promised they would come out on Friday to the get the stain completed. Much to my surprise they actually showed up and finished the job Friday afternoon. They did a great job staining the fence and took care in coving my pool and equipment as to not get stain in the pool. | |This would have been an A rating had they just showed up when they said they would show up and complete the job, it was so frustrating having to constantly wonder when the job was going to be completed, good thing I did not have to pay anything until work was complete.

Description of Work: They tore down the old fence and installed a new one. The fence has steel posts and stained cedar wood. The fence looks fantastic! I've gotten many compliments on it. |The quality of the work is top notch.

Description of Work: There were a few delays, some mine, some theirs and some weather related but they did a lovely job removing the eyesore that I had and replacing it with a beautiful new fence they I am very happy with.

Description of Work: They tore out my existing fence that surrounds my backyard, front and sides. And then installed a new fence with new metal posts. I have a large back yard, but they did the whole job in two days. I needed to have some repair work done this year (2015) due to my lawn service closing one of my gates a bit too enthusiastically for a while now. I called up Texas Best Fence and they made all the repairs and even did some extra work I wanted done to add a board horizontally on the bottom of the gate. They didn't charge me a single penny for this repair work.

Description of Work: They came out once for a walk-through and seemed to eager to do the job. They staff were courteous and polite. | |I reached out 3 times after the walk-through but was unable to get an estimate or a return call. | |Perhaps they were too busy with other projects?

Description of Work: Lied and is a complete DB. The review was buried within days by people that didn't even have work performed. Likely by this contractor. Not a fan of this contractor, or Angie's list. Certainly didn't help me pick a reputable contractor here.

Description of Work: Great quality work. Communication with the office was so horrific that I almost cancelled the job. Not returning calls, showing up to work on unscheduled days, too much management on my part. | |But a great job on my fence. Cleaned up and left no trace afterwards. The workers for this company deserve better Sales and Office support for the job that they do. Be patient with the business side - and you will be rewarded with a quality job.

Description of Work: Installed flagstone patio. I'm pleased with the installation process and overall quality. The owner is very nice and professional but isn't always prompt in keeping appointments or returning messages. However I can overlook this considering the quality of work and good price.
