Description of Work: I had a gate replaced and fence cleaned and stained. The office staff was disorganized and told me I had a "small job" leaving me with the impression that I was not worth their time. The tech did not show up on the appointed day but when he did arrive he was very professional and did an excellent job.

The individuals who did the work showed up on time and completed the work in two days...first day power wash, second day stain. They clearly knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. Description of Work: Texas Best Fence is great in terms of responsiveness, punctuality, estimating, etc., until they secure a contract and get your money. Once your fence is up, all the talk about repairs, restaining at cost, etc., is next to impossible to get. A neighbor accidentally damaged our fence a couple of years ago, and it took more than a couple of calls and a couple of weeks to get a response from TBF. We also looked into TBF restaining our fence, and the responsiveness was even worse. Our fence looks nice, but if long-term customer service is important to you, proceed with caution.
