Description of Work: The repairs to my fence were not done correctly but to their credit, they returned in a couple of days and fixed it. They later painted the fence and, overall, did a good job. There was overspray on some of my windows, even though they assured me there wouldn't be. | |If they hadn't done the initial repairs incorrectly I might have given them an A overall, but they, did so I didn't.

Description of Work: Signed up for $99 maintenance package. Wanted some other issues resolved. Wound up having metal posts installed to correct a sagging fence and to support a sagging/scraping gate which cost several hundred dollars. Was disappointed to learn that they would not roll the $99 I had already paid into this new work I needed done. The $99 covered a replacement of a few boards and nailing down of others. However,they did good work and were professional and I would use them again.

Description of Work: I have been waiting for them to come out and redo the entire interior of the fence. Large portions have turned almost black. The guys who did the work agreed and said they would come back, bleach and restain that area but about a month has passed and they have not shown up.

Description of Work: This company is a communication nightmare. Hired them to repair a fence at a rental property after a storm. Scheduling was a prolonged and messy, apparently our information was entered incorrectly and they were attempting to contact our renter to schedule work (renter states that she was never contacted). Once that was rectified and work began only a portion of the repairs were completed as the initial quote did not cover all of the repairs. We were NOT NOTIFIED. However, the worker asked our tenants for cash to complete. He approached them multiple times for cash to complete after the initial date of service. WE, the homeowners and the people who hired the company, were NEVER informed about the incomplete job. Our tenants approached us and we reached out to the company. EMBARRASSING! The work site was left a mess when the job was abandoned: concrete bags left open in the yard, long posts of wood left resting in the children's play area. Currently, we have been informed by the company that the work has been completed and the mess removed.

Thank you for the review. I personally dealt with closing of the job and discussed the fact that you needed a new fence more than you needed repair. The items that were completed were what was listed on the contract. Then at the expense of the company, we replaced additional boards to provide customer service. We do not provide vehicles for all our workers, so yes vehicles are unmarked. Uniforms though are a requirement and all workers were wearing logo wear. I repeatedly asked that you meet me on-site to review work with me. There was never time available for you. Communication was a factor through the 6 weeks of rain that we had, agreed. I also agree that we completed more than what was on the contract. I think the biggest takeoff from a repair job this size, is that sometimes it's best to replace rather than repair. Repair is a bandaid when the original fence was not built to the higher standards that are used today. Thank you, Colby

Description of Work: After the appointment was made for repairs, Contractor never showed nor did they call for an explanation or rescheduling. Although I called the afternoon of service that they did not show and someone was supposed to call me back the next morning no one did. Will never use this contractor.
