Description of Work: They replaced boards and stained the fence. They had to come out twice because they forgot a whole section. We called them back and then they put up the extra section but forgot to stain it.

Description of Work: We needed fence repairs done for 88 feet of fence destroyed by a storm in July 2016. Additionally the fences between 4 units were almost 20 years old and needed replacement. I researched several fence companies and found that Texas Best Fence was the most responsive, had the best quality and best price. Andrea Richards was the person that was sent out to provide an estimate and then supervised the entire job. It was done quickly and professionally. All 4 unit owners are extremely pleased with our new fence.

Description of Work: I could not be more disappointed with this company. I used them approx 2.5 years ago to install two electric gates. Great work installing. I could not of asked for better. Two weeks ago, the motor stopped working. I called to get one of the technicians to come out just before Thanksgiving. The girl promised she would call me back when she could get me scheduled. I never heard back. I called again told another girl what I needed. She put me on the schedule for last Friday. $100 just to drive to my house. GUESS WHAT....it is not Thursday and I have NOT HEARD A WORD!!
