We set a date. They called the day before to verify the time. They arrived on time and set to work. They finished sooner than they estimated 6 hours instead of 8 and adjusted their fee accordingly. This was deep cleaning and they were very thorough. I plan to use them in the future for carpet cleaning. I am recommending them to my friends as well as recommending Angie's List as a source. and

Mel and Marco are great examples of small business owners who really care about their customers. I was able to speak with Mel when I called and they were able to fit me into their schedule right away. They called to tell me they were on the way to my home. They checked out the rooms and moved all the furniture. First they used their vacuum cleaner and they pre-treated the carpet. They use a tool to get the treatment into the carpet and then used their special equipment to extract all the dirt and stains from the carpet. They moved all the furniture back and they sprayed on a pet odor remover. The carpet looks and smells brand new. I will use them again and tell all my friends to call they for great professional service.

This house had been neglected for a long time - filthest condition I've ever seen - there was a dog(s) left in the house unattended. I don't know how the folks living there stood the nasty, dirty condition! Mel & Marco came in and made it livable again. Excellent service.

They are great! We needed a home office, stairs and closet carpets cleaned, and they did a great job . We had this same area cleaned previously by a large "name brand" carpet cleaning company and their results were very poor compared to Mel and Marco. Highly recommend them.

Can you give an A+? Mel calls the day before they arrive to give an estimated arrival time. I am always on the schedule for the same day of the week. They bring all their own supplies. We have dogs and that is not a problem. Mel loves the dogs and they love her. Mel and Marco are very friendly and easy going. They work together and have a system for who cleans where so the work gets done in a very organized manner. They are very open to suggestions or concerns. I have found they very easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend they.

They did an excellent job with an all over cleaning of our home. We now use them on an every other week basis and they have done a wonderful job every time. Very nice and personable people .So glad to have found them!

Excellent very time they clean. We've been working with Mel and Marco for almost a year now. We love them. They do a great job every time they are here to clean our home. They work with us on our schedule because it changes from time to time. It's so wonderful to come home to a clean home and know you can trust the people taking care of it. Even our dog Lily, a German Sheperd, loves them! I highly recommend them for home cleaning.

Mel and Marco showed up the same day we called, worked hard for about 3 hours and got all the carpet immaculate. It was so grubby originally that we thought we'd have to rip it out and replace it, but when Mel and Marco got done, it was miraculously transformed. They were also two of the most cheerful, friendly people I've ever met. A real pleasure to deal with.

Easy to make appt online. They showed up right on time to give estimate. Same day as estimate, made appt for work to be done, about 5 days out. They showed up at exact time of appt., moved furniture. Worked very hard & did a great job. Two very nice people. They also gave me tips on keeping the floors looking nice.

This is the second time we used Mel & Marco Cleaning services. We had moved out of the house and needed the carpets cleaned. I pointed out a specific room, I felt would be a big challenge, because I myself had tried to pretreat these areas with no luck. I was pleasantly surprised that not only were all the black spots gone, but the carpet looked like new. The whole house looked great after they were done. They spent an average amount of time on the carpets. They were punctual and courteous. Mel and Marco are the best. I will use them again, and will recommend them to my friends and family. It is obvious they take pride in their work.

I can't say enough good things about Mel and Marco! My floors look renewed and wonderful! They were punctual, professional, performed all work in a timely manner and couldn't have been nicer. They moved my furniture and took up all the rugs. When each area was dry, they replaced everything exactly as it had been. The floors dried quickly and the color and shine is everything I had hoped for. Their prices are excellent (I got other quotes that were MUCH higher) and they are the kind of people you know you can trust from the first time you meet them. I found them through Angie's List, read the reviews, and everything was absolutely true. I am now recommending them to all my friends and will most definitely use them again in the future.

After reading all of their great reviews I was not surprised, just very very pleased, that they really are as good and as nice as everyone else has said. I won't be using anyone else from now on. They were super friendly, efficient, did great work.

Mel & Marco have been cleaning my home for about a year and they do a great job. I have very much enjoyed having them clean my home. They are charming and sweet to my children, and I trust them in my home. Unfortunately, recently I have not been able to count on them. Mel & Marco are well rated and their business has grown and smaller jobs like mine are now taking a back seat to larger jobs, which is understandable. However, the approach in this situation has been the challenge. Rather than communicating the changes and providing options, they have instead been slow to return phone calls and have not cleaned my home when committed. They cancelled last minute to clean another home. Mel & Marco are a wonderful choice if you are having them clean your whole house on a regular basis. If you are a smaller job, you would do well to look elsewhere.

The professional and personal experience was one that I could have never imagined, in the most wonderful way. Mel & Marco responded to my initial e-mail and set up a time to come to my home and provide an estimate of cost. They later e-mailed me the estimate and dates they were available for the work. It took two Saturdays to complete and my home hasn't been this clean in a really long time. I had read reviews that had been posted by other customers and got the impression these were really special individuals. We weren't dissapointed. They become part of your family in the best way possible. My wish is simply that they didn't live so far away (1 Hour) so we could see more of them both professionally and personally.

Perfection! Home is clean and looks GREAT. Mel and Marco are very nice and super professional! They are the BEST!

Service was excellent! Work was done by Mel and Marco themselves. They brought their own vacumn, moved the furniture, clearned all the carpets,wiped the baseboards, put down their own towels to keep my wood floors from getting any cleaner or water on them where I had area rugs on wood floors for them to clean. At the bedroom doors they put down towels to keep spots off the stone tile flooring, They put back all the furniture carefully, putting protective coasters under all the legs of the furniture. Pushed the heavy bedroom dresser back to the wall, they did it ALL. They treated my house like it was their own and took all the time necessary to do a good job but did not waste any time. The care they took was very obvious and so refreshing. I have had my carpets cleaned by a number of professionals, they were by far the best. When they were done they made a special point to ask me to look it all over to see if everything was back where it belonged and that I was completely satisfied. Was I ever! I have found a carpet cleaning company I will use again and again. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Their price was very fair and well earned by the quality of their work and the professionalism. I work hard myself and really appreciate it when I find a vendor that takes such pride in their work and treats their clients with such care and respect.

Very professional. We had some stains that they tried to remove and it appeared that they had. A couple of weeks later the stains reappeared and they gladly came back out at no charge. The stains are gone! We will definitely use them again.

Mel and Marco did a great job on our tile kitchen floors and our concrete back porch. They were on time and the phone estimate they gave was almost exactly what they told us after they re-estimated upon arrival.

Mel and Marco cleaned my house, and they did such a good job I hired them back to clean my carpets. The carpet looked new when I got home from work. My house is not the easiest to clean because it is small with a lot of furniture and clutter, but they managed to work around it. I would definitely use them again, although they are a bit pricey.
