I think there may be an error in the listing for this company. I found them by searching for floor cleaning/waxing in Dallas, Texas. M&M Floor Cleaning came up with rave reviews. However upon second look - the reviews appeared to be more for home cleaning. The address of the company is in the state of Washington and so is the phone number. The website link for the company never mentions their location. So - it's too bad if they are listed incorrectly. They are getting bad reviews and may not even be in the Dallas area!

Mel & Marco is excellent!

Mel and Marco did a wonderful job cleaning our tile, grout and carpet. The majority of our home is tile with very light grout. We have been renovating our home for several years. Needless to say, our grout and tile were very dirty. It looks new and beautiful thanks to Mel and Marco. It took them several hours. They carefully moved furniture and went to great lengths to be sure nothing was damaged. They even worked around our German Shepherd! The carpet in our master bedroom had major stains from the traffic it receives. We were going to replace it because we didn't think it would ever come clean. When they finished you would never know it looked so bad! It feels great and looks amazing! They saved us a lot of money, it is a very expensive carpeting. I can not say enough wonderful things about their cleaning service. They have been cleaning our home twice a month for over two years. They take great care of us as customers!! I highly recommend their services.

Mel & Marco are wonderful to work with and did an excellent job on our carpets and floors. Our tile floors look brand new as they cleaned the grout and the tile. One area that was white tile with what appeared to be black grout turned to white and cream - amazing transformation! They also clean all our carpets and took extra care with our furniture after to ensure everything was safe. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I first contacted M&M via Angie's list and received an immediate response from them. My questions got clarified and we scheduled a time for them to come; 4 days later thy were at my front door right on time. The service was fantastic. They were even able to remove a stain a previous provider was not able to remove. They do more than just "some" furniture moving with their furniture slides. They are very well prepared and organized. The work was done excellent and done in a timely manner. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and even those who don't ask.

Mel & Marco are a very sweet & hard working couple. They were very professional, punctual and did a wonderful job steam cleaning my carpet and polishing my wood floors. I needed the high beams in my living room cleaned before they came out but didn't find anyone to do it in the short time I had, so they offered to clean the beams for me for Free! They took the time to polish even the small patches on the wood floors and stairwells! Its been 3 months since they worked for me but I didn't want to forget giving them a great review on Angie's List. Thank you Mel & Marco!

Mel answered the phone when I first called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and was able to come out with a very flexible time to walk thru the home. Their quote to clean the carpet, tile and wipe down the whole home was very reasonable considering the 3,800 sq feet and built in bookshelves and cabinetry. We had a tight time frame before my wife and I moved in and they were able to break the cleaning into two segments and finish within one week of me calling. As for the cleaning itself; they did an AMAZING job! You can tell that they put a lot of love into their work and pay attention to every tiny detail of your home to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any cleaning job and will utilize them in the future for any cleaning needs!

Marco and Mel were both professional and very friendly. The carpets in our home are really old and ready to replace, so I wasn't expecting miracles. They were thorough and explained if they had any problems with stains. I was impressed that they were able to get the carpets as clean as they did. The best part is how friendly they are. I will use them!

There is no other company in the Dallas Metro area to clear your carpets than Marco e Mel. They did four rooms--moved heavy furniture, spot treated, animal disinfected, buffed, raked, and moved back the furniture--with little protective plastic pieces under every last leg--for $100. Yes, $100. And the carpets looked better than when I bought the house two years ago. I'm stunned. Besides that, they are the nicest people you'll ever meet. If I weren't selling my house and moving out of state I would probably invite them to my next family dinner. Seriously, hire these guys already.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! Mel & Marco are a wonderful husband & wife cleaning team. I have used several of the larger carpet cleaning companies in the past, but have never been more pleased than I am with M&M. They not only did an outstanding job on the cleaning, but also did things to protect my door & walls. Sliders were used to move some of the larger furniture pieces, which had never been done by anyone else. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and believe in cleaning carpets as they should be cleaned. They guaranteed their work and even left plastic booties for me to wear which was also a first! They are an A+ company!

My couch is huge and they stuck to their quoted price given over the phone. I said I would give them more since it was so big, but they said they just wanted me to be happy. I gave them more anyway since I was extremely satisfied with their work. I'll use them again in the future.
